The console is your company's web app for usage, spend, plans, models, settings and people. This page maps every screen, explains what decides your access, and describes the pages you meet when a screen is refused or not found. If you are new to the console, start with the DataMind Platform overview.
Every screen in this list opens from the sidebar; the sidebar and header themselves are described on Console navigation.
| Screen | What it shows | Who can open it |
|---|---|---|
| Dashboard | Request activity, token allowances and spend for the current or any past month or day. | Every member |
| Usage | Token totals for a billing window, and the Request log of every request in it. | Every member |
| Billing | Every invoice and credit event, with each invoice as a PDF. | Every member |
| Pricing | The plans offered to your company, your plan and billing window, the spend cap and credit. | Every member |
| Models | The models your company can use, what each supports and what your plan covers. | Every member |
| Settings | Company details, the API key, the billing requisite, the spend cap and the provider order. | Every member |
| Team | Your company's members, their roles and their status. The sidebar names it Users. | Every member |
| Invitations | Invitations for new members and their status. | Administrators only |
Some console areas are reserved for DataMind staff and never appear for client companies.
Your role in the company decides what you can open and change. Screens, actions and addresses all follow it.
Opening an address your role does not cover ends on the Access denied page. Ask an Administrator of your company if you need a screen or a change; members and roles are managed on Users and invitations.
DataMind support can work inside your company's console while assisting you. A support view only ever removes rights: it shows the console as one of your company's roles, and it can never do more than that role allows. While a support view is on, a banner sits under the header on every screen.
Open a console link while signed out and you pass through sign-in first: the step keeps the address you asked for and returns you to it afterwards. When there is no other destination, you land on the Dashboard. If you are already signed in, the console skips the sign-in step and takes you straight to the screen. Opening the console itself shows the Dashboard.
Signing in, and recovering a password, are covered on Get access and sign in.
A new company completes setup once: the API key, the billing requisite and a pricing plan. Until an Administrator finishes those steps, the rest of the console waits behind the setup step. The three steps are on Finish company setup.
If you need a screen that is refused, ask an Administrator of your company.
Invitations is for Administrators only. A Viewer reads every other client screen and changes nothing. An Administrator of your company can change your role; see Users and invitations.
The address you opened is not available to your role, or belongs to an area reserved for DataMind staff. Back to dashboard takes you back to the Dashboard. If you need the screen, ask an Administrator of your company.
Yes. Sign-in keeps the address you opened and returns you to it. If the address is not available to you, you land on the Dashboard instead. When you are already signed in, the console skips the sign-in step entirely.
A new company stays in setup until an Administrator completes its three steps: the API key, the billing requisite and a pricing plan. Until then, the rest of the console waits behind the setup step. See Finish company setup.
The console shows Page not found, with The page you're looking for doesn't exist. and a Back to dashboard button. Open the screen from the sidebar to carry on.
Yes. DataMind support works inside your company's console through a support view. A support view only ever removes rights: it shows the console as one of your company's roles and can never do more than that role allows. While it is on, a banner sits under the header.
It is decoration. The console's background is a grid, and a click snaps to it and draws a few short lines. Nothing is saved and nothing changes.
