A company has two roles: Administrator, with full access, and Viewer, with read-only access. The Users screen lists your company's members. The Invitations screen brings new people in and is visible to Administrators only.
Users opens the Team screen, in Card view the first time; switch to Table view in the toolbar. Each member shows name, email, Role and status: Active, Inactive, and Locked after too many failed sign-in attempts.
An Administrator opens a member's actions from the menu at the end of a row, or by hovering a card. On a card, the same actions are named Edit details, Manage roles and Unlock account; Unlock account shows only on a Locked member.
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Edit | Changes the name, and sets the member Active or inactive. An inactive member cannot sign in. |
| Assign role | Sets Administrator or Viewer. |
| Unlock | Lets a Locked member sign in again at once. |
| Reset password | Emails the member a password reset link. |
| Remove from company | Ends the member's access to this company. Their account and other company memberships stay. |
The invitee joins with the role you chose, as described in Get access and sign in.
Each row shows the Invitee, Role, Created by, Expires and Status:
Resend emails the invitee a new link, also shown once in Invitation resent, and the previous link stops working. The list then shows a new Pending row and the old one becomes Revoked. Sending a new invitation to the same email does the same.
A Viewer sees the Team screen read-only and does not see Invitations.
An Administrator cannot change their own role or status, reset their own password from here, or remove themselves.
Use Resend on the Pending invitation.
