Settings holds five cards. Every member sees them; only an Administrator can change them. Edit details, Rotate, Revoke and Change appear when you hover the card.
The card shows the company name, region, PII policy (PII blocked or PII off) and status, with the legal details printed on your invoices. Edit details opens the form:
| Field | What it controls |
|---|---|
| Name | The company name across the console. |
| Billing emails | Where billing messages go. |
| Legal name, Tax code, Legal address, Director name | The legal details on your invoices. |
| Region | Global or EU. With EU, requests are processed in the EU and your company uses the models served there. |
| Prohibit PII transmission | Blocks requests that contain personal data. |
With this option on, DataMind Platform checks each request before it reaches a model provider. A
request with personal data is not forwarded: it fails with status 400 and code content_filter,
and the error names the kinds of data found, never the values. Such a request uses no tokens. This
applies to every request on your API key, including the AI features of DataMind OS.
The check covers chat messages, tool-call arguments, embedding input, web search queries and web read URLs. It detects email addresses, Georgian mobile numbers, payment card numbers, IBANs and Georgian personal ID numbers.
A company has one active key. The card shows its name, the start of the key, Last used and Created.
The secret appears only once, in the API key created or API key rotated dialog. Copy it before you click Done.
DataMind OS and your own applications use this key. See Use the API.
The card shows the DataMind bank account your invoices are payable to: beneficiary, IBAN, SWIFT, Currency and Type. Click Assign, or Change to pick another account. Invoices issued after the change carry the new requisite.
| Field | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Enforced cap | The limit DataMind applies: your spend cap or the hard ceiling, whichever is lower. |
| Hard ceiling | The highest spend cap DataMind allows for your company. |
| Rate / concurrency | Requests per minute and requests at once that your company can send. |
| Premium allowance, Standard allowance | The tokens your plan includes and the overage price. |
| Plan | The plan that sets these allowances. |
The spend cap limits Premium overage, Standard overage and pay-as-you-go spend together in each billing window. Enter the amount in Monthly spend cap (billable extras) and click Save. The cap cannot exceed the hard ceiling; contact DataMind support to raise the ceiling.
Sets which provider DataMind tries first for pay-as-you-go models.
| Option | Providers tried first |
|---|---|
| Throughput (highest first) | Fastest output. The default, and DataMind's recommendation. |
| Latency (lowest first) | Quickest response. |
| Price (lowest first) | Lowest price. |
| Balanced - smart routing | DataMind's smart routing decides. |
A single API request can override this; see Use the API.
No. Click Rotate to issue a new secret, then paste it in DataMind OS under Administration → AI Configuration and update your applications.
