Usage in the menu opens the Logs screen: token totals at the top and the Request log below, one row per request. Administrators and Viewers see the same screen. The period picker at the top right works as on the Dashboard, and sets the window for both the totals and the log.
The log records usage only: model, tokens, timing and cost. It never shows the content of prompts or answers.
The four tiles sum every billable request in the window.
| Tile | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Input | Raw prompt tokens. |
| Output | Raw completion tokens. |
| Kartlos Discount | The agent-prompt tokens DataMind adds to Kartlos Premium and Kartlos Standard requests. They are part of Input, and you are not charged for them. |
| Total | Billable tokens: Input plus Output, less the Kartlos Discount. |
Your plan allowances for Premium and Standard tokens appear on the Dashboard.
Rows are newest first.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Time | When the request arrived. |
| Model | The model that answered. |
| Provider | The provider that served a pay-as-you-go request. Plan requests show EU Provider or Global Provider. |
| Agent | The DataMind OS agent that sent the request, if any. |
| Bucket | How the request is billed: subscription_premium, subscription_standard or payg. |
| Region | Where the request was processed: global or eu. |
| Input, Output | Prompt and completion tokens. |
| Kartlos Discount | Agent-prompt tokens deducted from this request. Always 0 for pay-as-you-go. |
| Total Tokens | Billable tokens. |
| Latency | Time to complete, in seconds. |
| Status | The HTTP status, with the error code when the request failed. |
| Finish | Why the response ended, for example stop or length. |
| Billed | The cost in USD. Plan requests show 0 because your plan covers them. |
| Cache Disc | The prompt-cache effect in USD: green is a saving, amber is a cache-write cost. |
| External ID | The end-user identifier your application sent in the user field. Click it to copy. |
You can search the log, filter and sort any column, show or hide columns, refresh it, and export it to CSV or Excel. Search, filters and export cover the whole window, not only the rows on screen.
The Kartlos Discount is subtracted. Those are agent-prompt tokens DataMind adds to Kartlos requests, and you are not charged for them.
Kartlos Premium and Kartlos Standard requests draw on your plan's token allowance. Billed shows a cost only for pay-as-you-go requests.
