The Request log under Usage lists every request the platform handled for your company in the selected billing window, one row per request. Use it to check what ran, how many tokens each request used, how long it took and what failed. The window picker and the token totals above the log are described on Usage.
The log records usage only: model, tokens, timing and cost. It never shows the content of prompts or answers.
Rows are newest first, and an empty value shows a dash.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Time | When the request arrived. |
| Model | The model that answered. |
| Provider | The provider that served a pay-as-you-go request. Plan requests show EU Provider or Global Provider instead. |
| Agent | The DataMind OS agent that sent the request. |
| Bucket | How the request is billed: subscription_premium, subscription_standard or payg. |
| Region | Where the request was processed. |
| Input, Output | Prompt and completion tokens. |
| Kartlos Discount | Agent-prompt tokens deducted from this request. Always 0 for pay-as-you-go. |
| Total Tokens | Billable tokens: Input plus Output, less the Kartlos Discount. |
| Latency | Time to complete, in seconds. |
| Status | The HTTP status, with the error code appended when the request failed. |
| Finish | Why the response ended, for example stop or length. |
| Billed | The cost in USD. Plan requests show 0 because your plan covers them. |
| Cache Disc | The prompt-cache effect in USD: green is a saving, amber is a cache-write cost. |
| External ID | The end-user identifier your application sent in the user field. |
Search, column filters, sorting and export all work against the whole billing window: they cover every request in it, not only the rows on screen. The filter menus offer value lists for Model, Provider, Agent, Bucket, Region, Status, the error code, Finish and External ID; the other columns offer condition filters.
Use Refresh log in the toolbar to fetch the latest rows; it spins while it fetches. When nothing
matches, the table reads No requests match this window.
A cell that carries a copy button shows Copy text on hover. Click it to copy the value, and a
check confirms the copy. Only the button copies: clicking the value itself still selects the cell.
If a copy fails, a Copy failed message appears.
Long values are cut to one line in the cell. Cells that carry a copy button show the full value in a tooltip on hover; a cut-off value can be opened in full with View full text, and the preview shows the whole value, with Copy text and Close preview.
The log exports as CSV or Excel, from the toolbar's export control. The export covers every row matching the current filters, not only the rows on screen, in on-screen column order, and the platform streams it to your browser's downloads. The download mechanics are on Table export, copy and upload.
No. It records usage only: the model, the tokens, the timing and the cost. The content of prompts and answers never appears here.
It shows the selected billing window. Change the window with the picker above the log, choosing Month or Day; search, filters and export then cover that whole window. See Usage.
The log fetches when you open it or change the window. Click Refresh log in the toolbar to fetch the latest rows.
A pay-as-you-go request carries no agent-prompt discount, so the column shows 0 for it. On a plan request it counts the agent-prompt tokens DataMind adds to Kartlos requests, which you are not charged for; the amount is already subtracted from Total Tokens.
Green is a saving through the prompt cache; amber is a cache-write cost. The number is the effect in USD.
External ID is the end-user identifier your application sent in the user field of an API call
(Use the API). To copy it, hover the cell and click Copy text; a
check confirms the copy, and only the button copies, so clicking the value itself selects the cell
instead.
Hover a cell with a copy button to read the full value in its tooltip, or click View full text to open the cut-off value in a preview, where Copy text copies it and Close preview closes it.
The log shows one company's requests at a time, so it needs a selected company. While none is
selected, it reads Select a company to view request logs. in place of rows; select a company and
the rows load. Exporting in this state reports Select a company to export its request log.
Every matching row. The export applies the current filters and includes all their rows, not only the page on screen, in on-screen column order. The download mechanics are on Table export, copy and upload.
The Status column is green for a successful request and red otherwise; a failed request shows its error code beside the status. The code meanings are listed with the API errors on Errors and retries.
