The Dashboard opens after sign-in. Administrators and Viewers see the same screen, and every panel follows the period picker at the top right.
The gauges compare what you used with what your plan includes. Allowance is the amount your monthly plan already covers. Overage is what you use beyond it; it is billed on top of the plan.
| Gauge | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Premium tokens | How many Premium tokens you used out of your plan's allowance. If you go over it, the gauge also shows the overage tokens and the overage price per 1M tokens. |
| Extra spend | Everything you pay beyond the plan: Premium overage, Standard overage and pay-as-you-go models. The bar fills toward your spend cap; the line below it shows the hard ceiling, the highest spend cap DataMind allows for your company. |
| Pay-as-you-go | What pay-as-you-go models cost so far, in USD. The line below counts your web searches and web reads, which use Premium tokens, not this amount. |
| Standard tokens | How many Standard tokens you used out of your plan's allowance. If you go over it, the gauge also shows the overage tokens and the overage price per 1M tokens. |
Two messages can appear in place of a gauge:
Two warnings tell you a limit is close:
When the Premium allowance is used up, Premium requests keep working: the extra Premium tokens are billed at your plan's Premium overage price and count toward Extra spend and your spend cap.
| Tile | Value | Line below the value |
|---|---|---|
| Total calls | Requests your company sent | Number of models used |
| Avg latency | Average time to complete a request | Calls that stopped at their max_tokens limit |
| Error rate | Share of calls that failed | Number of failed calls |
| Cache hit rate | Share of input tokens served from the provider's prompt cache, which bills at a lower price | Counts pay-as-you-go requests only |
The Model usage table lists every model your company called, most-called first, with Calls and input and output tokens under In / out. To see each request, open Usage.
Model providers set pay-as-you-go prices in USD, so the Pay-as-you-go gauge shows the cost as the providers charge it. Your plan and spend cap are in your plan currency, so Extra spend converts those charges into it, adds them to your Premium and Standard overage, and compares the total with the cap.
Yes. Each Web Search and Web Read converts to Premium tokens. The Web Search and Web Read tiles on Pricing show the rates.
