The console's sidebar and header frame every screen. This page explains what they contain and how to use them.
The sidebar lists the console's screens:
The item for the screen you are on is highlighted, and the lockup at the top of the sidebar always returns you to the Dashboard: click it from any screen.
The sidebar can be wide (an icon and a name for every item) or narrow (icons only):
The console remembers your choice in this browser.
The header names the screen you are on, and carries the controls that stay visible on every screen: the platform guarantees and the company switcher. For a map of every screen, and who can open it, see Console screens, access and errors.
The header's right side shows the company you are working in: a small Company label above the company's name.
No companies found.A switch is confirmed with Company switched. If it does not complete, the console reports
Switch failed and you can try again. The company's own details (name, region, billing emails) are
on Settings.
Next to the company switcher sit two buttons that state DataMind Platform's guarantees. Each opens a short popover:
At the bottom of the sidebar sits your user menu: your avatar with your name and email. When the sidebar is narrow, the name and email move inside the menu. It holds:
Password rules, sign-out and switching between the companies you belong to are on Your account and sessions.
The sidebar is in its narrow form, icons only. Hover an icon to see the item's name in a tooltip, or hover the sidebar edge and click Expand sidebar to bring the names back. The console remembers the choice in this browser.
With a single company, the header shows its name as a plain label; there is nothing to switch to. The Switch company menu appears once you belong to more than one company.
When the list holds five or more companies. Below that, the whole list fits at a glance. If a
search matches nothing, the menu reads No companies found.
Open your user menu at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Dark mode or Light mode. The item always shows the mode you will switch to.
Yes. It is saved in this browser, and other open console tabs switch with it. Until you pick a mode, the console follows your device's light or dark setting.
Click the lockup at the top of the sidebar; it always returns to the Dashboard. The Dashboard item in the sidebar does the same.
Two buttons that state DataMind Platform's guarantees: Zero Completion Insurance (you are not charged for zero token responses) and Zero Data Retention (your data is not stored). Open either one for the full wording; both are described above.
