Install Oda

1. In DataMind OS, open Universe. On the DataMind Oda card, copy Your DataMind URL; you need it to sign in. Then click Download for Windows.
2. Run the downloaded installer and click Install now. It installs DataMind Oda for your Windows user and needs no administrator rights. If Windows SmartScreen warns about an unrecognized app, click More info, then Run anyway. Or, before you run it, right-click the installer, choose Properties, select Unblock and click OK.
3. When the installation is done, keep Launch now selected and click Finish.

If the download button is disabled, the card shows why:

• Your account does not have access to DataMind Oda: ask your administrator for access.
• DataMind Oda is not available on this server yet: ask your administrator to make it available.

Sign in

1. Open DataMind Oda and click Get started.
2. Paste your DataMind URL, the one you copied from the card, and click Continue.
3. Your browser opens your company's DataMind OS sign-in page. Sign in as usual. When the page says You're signed in to DataMind Oda., return to Oda.

Oda opens and is ready for your first task.

Questions, answered

Oda says the connection is not encrypted. What do I do?

If your DataMind OS address starts with http://, your sign-in and your work travel over the network unencrypted. Continue with Continue without encryption only on a network you trust, and ask your administrator for an https:// address.

Sign-in does not finish. What do I do?
