DataMind Oda signs in to your company's DataMind server with your DataMind OS account. This page covers the account row in the sidebar, the DataMind account page in Settings, changing server or logging out, and the separate account behind your AI usage.
The account row sits at the bottom of the sidebar. It shows:
In a collapsed sidebar the row narrows to that picture alone. A small mark appears on the picture when the connection is down or an update is waiting.
Open Settings (Ctrl ,, ⌘ , on macOS) and choose DataMind account; it leads the Settings list, and the account menu opens it too. The page describes itself in one line: You are signed in to your company's DataMind server with your own account.
Sign out and connect to a different DataMind server., and Log out with Sign out of DataMind Oda on this computer.Could not load the account: <message> with Retry; a later failed refresh keeps the details already on screen.Could not complete the operation. It is a separate sign-in from your DataMind server account.

Signing out removes the saved credential from this computer first, then tells DataMind Platform in the background, retrying up to five times. If DataMind Platform cannot be reached, the sign-out still stands: the credential is never restored.
Your Platform account covers the full sign-in flow, the failure reasons and what the sign-in keeps safe.

A small mark appears on the picture when the connection is down (a warning) or when an update is waiting. When either is pending, the account menu offers it first as an action.
The first read of your account did not finish. Oda shows Could not load the account: <message> and a Retry button; choose it to read the account again. When your details were already shown once, a later refresh failure keeps them on screen.
Oda shows Could not complete the operation. and keeps everything as it was: nothing was signed out or changed. Try the action again.
The account used for usage and top-ups offers links to both pages. Your Platform account covers that account, its sign-in and its balance.
The DataMind account page comes with the desktop app, where Oda manages the sign-in to your server. In the browser, Oda shows only the pages both apps share; Settings overview lists which page lives where.
No. The account details Oda shows, such as your name, company and server, never enter model prompts, chat logs or tool results.
