Universe shows a message when part of it cannot reach DataMind, cannot start a download or cannot load. Find the message in the tables below to see what it means and what to do. None of these messages stops the rest of DataMind OS from working.

| DataMind FM isn't reachable from this network. | Shown on the card, in the mini player and in the sidebar dock while nothing is playing. Follow the steps for the Offline badge. |
| Can't reach DataMind FM. Try again. | The stream could not start or dropped during playback. Click play again. If it fails again, check your connection. |
| Connecting… | FM is starting or buffering. Wait a moment. |
| Off air badge | The station reports that it is not live right now. Try again later. The badge changes to Live when the station goes on air. |
| Live badge | The station is on air. Nothing to do; the badge changes to Off air when the station stops broadcasting. |
| Click to resume in the sidebar dock | FM was playing before a reload, or the browser blocked sound from starting. Click DataMind FM in the sidebar dock. The dock is hidden on Universe, so there, click play on the card. |

| Connection settings unavailable | DataMind OS could not load your connection settings, so the side panel shows placeholder values that do not connect. Reload the page; if the message returns, ask your administrator. See Troubleshooting integrations. |
Allow datamind.guide for Ask AI, and datamind.fm with its subdomains for DataMind FM. The product cards and the integration tiles work without them.
Click Try again. The rest of DataMind OS keeps working. If the panel crashes again, reload the page.
The Download failed toast shows the reason from DataMind OS. Try again. If it repeats, send the message to your administrator.
Select the address in the Your DataMind URL box and copy it by hand.
The stream stopped or could not start. Click play to reconnect. If it fails again, check your connection. If the card shows Offline, your network cannot reach the station, and you need your administrator.

Your browser may have blocked sound from starting. Click play again. If the sidebar dock shows Click to resume, click DataMind FM in the dock. On Universe, the dock is hidden, so click play on the card.
