Platform Settings holds the DataMind staff settings for the platform itself. The Billing Requisites tab is the catalogue of DataMind bank accounts that company invoices are issued against. Staff add and maintain the accounts here; each company picks one for its invoices. Only DataMind staff accounts can open the area, and a company's Administrator only chooses an account, never edits the catalogue.
The tab is addressable: ?tab=billing-requisites opens it directly, and older links to the separate
/ page still land here. Without a tab, Platform Settings opens on Limits.
The table lists every account, ordered by currency, then by beneficiary name:
| Column | Shows |
|---|---|
| Beneficiary | The account holder, as the name appears on invoices. |
| Type | The payment type; every account is a bank transfer. |
| Bank | The bank that holds the account. |
| IBAN | The account's IBAN. |
| SWIFT | The bank's SWIFT code, or - when none is stored. |
| Currency | The account's three-letter currency, for example GEL. |
| Status | Active or Inactive. |
Beneficiary, bank, and IBAN are required.Requisite created; a refused save reports Create failed with the reason. The save confirms with Requisite updated; a refused save reports Update failed with the reason.
Deactivate {name}? states: "This requisite will leave the company assignment menu until
reactivated."Activate {name}? states: "This requisite becomes available for company billing assignment."Deactivating takes the account out of the menus where a company picks its requisite; a disabled
account is refused if it is selected anyway: A disabled billing requisite cannot be selected.
Both changes save at once and confirm with Requisite updated.
There is no delete. An account stays in the catalogue because companies point at it and issued invoices reference it; deactivating is the strongest action available.
A company already assigned to a deactivated account keeps it until its account is changed. Reactivating returns the account to the selection menus.
Each invoice copies the assigned account's details when its billing window closes:
The account a company pays is in the Requisite column on Billing.
A company's Administrator picks its account in two places:
Only Active accounts are offered in both places. A company with no account yet shows a blank
Requisite card (No billing requisite assigned.), not an error.
No. Deactivate it instead. Companies point at the account and issued invoices reference it, so it stays in the catalogue and keeps its history.
It keeps the account. Deactivating only takes the account out of the menus for new assignments; Activate puts it back.
No. Only Active accounts are offered, and a disabled account is refused with
A disabled billing requisite cannot be selected.
Beneficiary name, Bank name and IBAN. Currency is a three-character code, and
SWIFT (optional) may stay empty. A save that misses a required field is refused with
Beneficiary, bank, and IBAN are required.
The button activates once the form has changes and the required fields are filled, and it disables while the save runs. A blank required field keeps it inactive.

No. Each invoice copies the account's details when its billing window closes, so an issued invoice keeps what it was issued with; an edit appears on the next invoice only.
On its next invoice: the account the company is assigned when the billing window closes is the one the invoice carries.
No account has been added yet; the table reads No billing requisites in the catalog yet. Click
New requisite to add the first one.
That is the setup step's message when the catalogue has no Active accounts, so there is nothing for the company to pick. Add an account, or Activate one, and the step lists it.
No. Administrators only choose an account for their own company; adding, editing and deactivating accounts is a DataMind staff action on this tab.
