Your DataMind account and server

DataMind Oda signs in to your company's DataMind server with your own account. This page covers the account and server Oda is connected to: where to see them, how to move to another server or sign out, the messages that ask you to sign in again, and where the usage and top-up pages open.

If Oda asks you to sign in again

Oda can ask you to sign in again when the sign-in it kept for you can no longer be used. Two messages cover this:

Troubleshooting lists both messages with what to do for each.

When Oda cannot reach your server

The account area shows how the connection to your server is doing. While it is down, a small warning mark appears on your account picture, and the account menu offers that status first as an action. If the DataMind account page cannot read your account, it shows the reason with Retry; choose it to read the account again.

Usage and top-up pages

Your usage and top-up pages belong to your DataMind Platform account. Open them from the account area; they load inside DataMind Oda in an embedded view.

Your Platform account covers that account, its sign-in and your balance.
