DataMind Oda can serve its interface to a browser on your computer, so you can work in a browser tab instead of the app window. It is the same Oda: your chats, models and settings are all there. This page covers opening it, the browser sign-in, and what to do when the page will not load.
The sign-in is kept in a cookie, so later visits from the same browser open the app directly.
The web app is served by your own DataMind Oda on this computer; Oda in the browser covers starting it. If Oda is not set up yet, see Install and sign in. For everyday work in a chat, see Chat with Oda.
not found or an empty page instead of opening the app, so a mistyped or stale address is clear.Keep the web app on this computer or on a network you trust. Its address adds no encryption of its own, and anything under it that is not behind the browser sign-in is public.
When the page cannot open, the web app says so plainly.

Sign-in required; reopen the address the server printed when it started. | This browser has not signed in yet. Reopen the exact address from the start of the web app; if you no longer have it, start the web app again and use the address it prints. |
not found or an empty page | The address is not one the web app serves. Check it for a typo, then open the address DataMind Oda printed. |
If the address does not open at all, the web app is not running. Start it again; if its address is already in use, the web app does not start and Oda shows why.
Open the one DataMind Oda printed when it started the web app. That visit signs this browser in and the app loads. If you no longer have it, start the web app again and use the address it prints.
This browser has not been signed in yet. The page answers Sign-in required; reopen the address the server printed when it started., and reopening the exact address from the start of the web app signs the browser in. Opening the app's address by itself does not sign a browser in.
Yes. The sign-in is kept in a cookie, so the browser that opened the printed address opens the app directly on later visits.
Yes. The sign-in is kept in the browser that opened the printed address, so open it in each browser you want to use.
Not in a browser that has already signed in: the sign-in is kept in a cookie there. If a page asks for the sign-in again, open the address from the latest start of the web app.
not found mean? You opened an address the web app does not serve. Check it for a typo, then open the address DataMind Oda printed.
The web app adds no encryption of its own. Treat its address as local: use it on this computer, or only over a network you trust.
The files the page is built from are served without the sign-in; only the app page itself asks for it. Treat everything under the address that is not behind the sign-in as public.
