Every report page is a fixed canvas where visuals sit in a grid. Use this page to move around the canvas, arrange tiles, and add, order and hide pages.
A page is a 1920 x 1080 canvas on a 96-column grid. The layout never reflows: it is the same for every reader, and the canvas scales to fit your window instead. Visuals sit on this canvas as tiles; to add one, see Build a report.
The footer and the canvas share one view. The zoom controls in the footer change exactly the view you scroll and drag on the canvas.
Zoom is your own view of the report. It is not saved into the report, and opening another report starts fitted to the page. On a narrow canvas the footer switches to icon-only controls and the zoom row folds into a popover; every control stays available.
With tiles selected in edit mode, the canvas footer lines them up:
With nothing selected, Align is disabled; its tooltip reads Select a visual to align.
To place a tile exactly, select it and open General in the Visualizations panel. The Properties section has Width (px), Height (px), Horizontal (px) and Vertical (px). Typed values are clamped to the same minimum the grid applies while dragging, so a tile cannot be made smaller than its visual type allows. A visual in the Filters panel has no Properties section.

A duplicated page keeps the source page's settings, including whether it is hidden.
Readers see only the pages that are not hidden; a hidden page never opens for them, even from a link that names it (the report picks the nearest page they can see). In edit mode every page shows, and a hidden tab is marked (hidden). A report keeps at least one visible page, so the last visible page cannot be hidden or deleted.
The current page is mirrored in the address as ?page=. The first page removes the parameter, and page switches replace the address instead of adding entries, so the browser's Back button leaves the report rather than stepping back through pages.
With many pages the strip scrolls, and All pages opens the full list when the strip is too narrow to show every tab.
A wall display can turn the pages by itself; see Themes and presentation.
Every page is a fixed 1920 x 1080 canvas on a 96-column grid. It does not resize: the canvas scales to your window when you fit it, and the layout stays the same for every reader.
Use Zoom in, Zoom out and Fit to page in the canvas footer, or hold Ctrl and turn the mouse wheel over the canvas. The footer shows the current zoom as a percentage; the range is 10% to 400%.
Hold Space and drag, or drag with the middle mouse button. A page that is fitted to the screen has nothing to pan, so zoom in first.
Hold Ctrl (or Cmd on macOS) and click each tile, or drag on empty canvas to draw a box around them. Escape after a drag that you cancel restores the selection you had before it started, and a click on empty canvas clears the selection.
No. Resizing with Ctrl and the arrow keys works on one tile at a time; with several tiles selected, the canvas refuses and shows Resize one tile at a time.
Yes, in edit mode with a selection: the arrow keys nudge the tiles, Shift moves them further, and Ctrl with the arrow keys resizes one tile. Tab walks through the selected tiles, Enter opens the selected visual for editing, and Escape steps back out. The canvas shows the position or size while you press.
Copy it with Ctrl+C, switch to the other page and paste with Ctrl+V, or press Ctrl+D to copy and paste in one step. The copied tiles stay on the clipboard even after you change pages or delete the originals.
In edit mode, click Add page in the page strip. The new page opens next to the one you were on and starts with copies of the report's global slicers.
Readers see only the pages that are not hidden. A hidden page never opens for them, even from a link to it; the report shows the nearest page they can see instead. In edit mode the hidden page stays in the strip, marked (hidden).
A report keeps at least one visible page. The last visible page cannot be hidden or deleted, and Delete page stays disabled while deleting would leave readers with no page. Show or add another page first.
Align works in edit mode with tiles selected; its tooltip reads Select a visual to align until something is selected. Distribute horizontally and Distribute vertically also need at least three selected tiles.
Yes. The current page is mirrored in the address as ?page=, and the first page removes it. Switching pages replaces the address, so the Back button leaves the report instead of stepping back through pages.
