Registration Requests is the staff screen for the access requests sent from the sign-up form. Approving a request sends the applicant an invitation; rejecting it closes the request, and the reason stays with staff.
Registration Requests is a staff-only area. Company accounts do not see it, and no company role or permission opens it.
Every request starts on the sign-up form. The applicant fills in Full name, Work email and Company name, may add Tax code, Phone and Message, and clicks Request access. The form is guarded by a bot check.
The applicant's page then shows a neutral waiting state, and it updates by itself. When a request is approved, the page moves on to the invitation step; the invitation link is also emailed to the address on the request. The applicant's side of the flow is described on Get access and sign in.
The table lists every request with its decision state:
| Column | Shows |
|---|---|
| Created | When the request arrived. |
| Name | The applicant's full name. |
| The work email from the request. | |
| Company | The company name from the request. |
| Tax code | The tax code from the request, when one was given. |
| Status | Pending, Approved or Rejected. |
| Decided | Once decided: Approved {date} or Rejected {date}. |
registration-requests.Approve stays unavailable until a company and at least one role are selected. A successful save shows Request approved; a failure shows Approve failed.
The applicant receives an invitation to join the company with the roles you chose. From then on the person is a member like any other; Users and invitations covers that screen.
The dialog states what happens: "An owner invitation is sent instead: the applicant creates their own company when accepting it. No inputs needed." Accepting the invitation creates the company, and the applicant becomes its Administrator.
The reason never leaves the staff side. The dialog states what the applicant sees:
the applicant only ever sees a neutral "processed" status.
The request closes with Rejected and its decision date.
Existing company adds the applicant to a company you pick, with the roles you pick: they receive those roles when they accept the invitation. New company sends an owner invitation instead: the applicant creates their own company when accepting it and becomes its Administrator.
The badge marks a company whose tax code matches the tax code in the applicant's request. That company is sorted to the top of the list and selected for you, as a suggestion of where the applicant belongs.
In Existing company mode, Approve stays disabled until you have selected a company and at least one role. In New company mode there is nothing to select, so Approve is available at once. If the dialog reads No assignable roles., there is no role to assign, and approval into an existing company cannot proceed.
No. The reason is internal. The dialog states it: the applicant only ever sees a neutral "processed" status.
No. Approve and Reject appear only while a request is Pending. Once it is decided, the row shows the outcome and its date, and the actions are gone.
To the work email address on the request. If the applicant's page is still open, it moves on to the invitation step by itself.
Yes. Choose Pending in the filter to see only the requests waiting for a decision. The other options are All statuses, Approved and Rejected; changing the filter returns the list to its first page.
DataMind staff only: it is a staff area, so company accounts do not see it and no company role or permission opens it.
