Platform troubleshooting

Use this page when the DataMind Platform console or the API returns a message you do not understand, or when an action fails. Find the message in the table for your area, then follow the advice in the same row.

Sign-in and passwords

You seeWhat it means and what to do
Invalid email or passwordOne neutral message covers a wrong password, an unknown address and a locked account, and every attempt during an active lock. Check the email and password; after five failed attempts the account is locked for 15 minutes, and an Administrator can unlock it straight away from Users.
Account is deactivatedThe account cannot sign in (or accept an invitation) because it is switched off. Ask an Administrator of your company to set the member back to Active.
If an account exists for that email, a reset link has been sent. The neutral reset confirmation, the same whether or not the address has an account; the dialog adds It expires in 1 hour. Open the link from the email; it works once. For a staff account no email is actually sent, so use Microsoft sign-in instead of waiting for a link.
Enter your email addressThe forgot-password dialog was submitted with an empty field. Enter the account email and send again.
Your reset link is valid for 1 hour and can be used once. (page state Choose a new password)The reset page's link rule. Set the new password now; if the link has expired, request a new one from the sign-in page.
New password must be 8+ chars with upper, lower, number, and symbol. The new password fails the console rule; it needs 8+ characters with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a symbol (all five checklist items). Retype a password that passes all five checks.
Passwords do not matchThe two password fields differ. Enter the same password in both fields.
Current password is incorrectThe Current password field does not match your current password. Re-enter it; if you have forgotten it, use Forgot password? on the sign-in page to set a new one.
New password must differ from the current passwordThe new password repeats the current one. Choose a password you have not used for this account.
Your password has been changed - sign in with the new one. (page state Password reset)The reset went through. Click Go to sign in and use the new password.
Password changedThe password change succeeded; the account's other sessions now end. Sign in again with the new password on other devices.
This password reset link is no longer valid. Request a new one from the sign-in page.Every dead reset token (unknown, consumed, expired or superseded) gets this one message. Request a new link from the sign-in page; a newer request replaces older links.
Open the link from your email, or request a new one from the sign-in page. (page state Missing reset link)The reset page has no link in its address. Open the link from the reset email; request a new one if it is lost.
Reset your DataMind Platform passwordThe subject of the password-reset email, sent after Forgot password? or from the Users screen. Click Reset password and set a new password within 1 hour.
This link expires in 1 hour and can be used once. If you did not request a password reset, you can ignore this email - your password stays unchanged. The reset link is valid for 1 hour and single use; a newer reset request replaces older links. Use the newest reset email; request a new link if it expired.
This account cannot sign in here. Contact DataMind if you think that is wrong. The Microsoft step worked, but the account cannot use the console: it is not active or not a recognised staff account; the same message covers every refusal of this kind. Contact DataMind if it is wrong; a deactivated account must be reactivated before it can sign in again.
That sign-in attempt expired. Please try again. The sign-in attempt was left unfinished for too long and its state expired. Start the sign-in again from the sign-in page.
Microsoft sign-in could not be completed. Please try again. The attempt did not complete; it is also shown for any unrecognised failure. Try again from the sign-in page.
Staff accounts sign in with Microsoft and have no passwordA password sign-in or a password reset was attempted for a staff account, which signs in with Microsoft only; a reset link issued before the account became a staff account is refused on the reset page too. Sign in with Microsoft; password reset emails are not sent for staff accounts, and the sealed break-glass account is the only staff account expected to hold a password.
Session ending soon and You have been inactive. You will be signed out in {m:ss}.About 30 minutes passed without activity; the session ends when the countdown reaches zero. Click Stay signed in to continue working, or Log out now to end the session yourself.
Session expired due to inactivityThe session was already ended because it sat idle past the limit; the next request is refused. Sign in again.

Access requests and invitations

You seeWhat it means and what to do
We received your application - it will be processed shortly. This page updates automatically once it is approved. (page state Request received)The access request is recorded and waits for review; an open page keeps checking by itself. Keep the page open to follow it, or close it; the invitation link also arrives at the work email.
Your request has been processed - we will contact you if needed. (page state Request processed)The request is closed; the poll never exposes a rejection, so a declined request looks like any other closed one. Wait for DataMind's message; contact DataMind if you still need access.
Captcha verification failed - please retry the challengeThe bot check did not pass, so the form was not submitted. Retry the check, or reload the page if it keeps failing.
Too many requests - please try again laterThe submit limit for this connection is reached. Wait and send the request again later.
Invitation accepted - sign in to open your company console. (page state You're in!)The invitation went through. Click Go to sign in, or continue to the Dashboard when the console already has you signed in.
This invitation link is no longer valid. If you requested a new one, use the most recent email; otherwise ask your administrator to resend. (page state Link no longer valid)The link was already used, expired or was replaced by a newer invitation. Use the most recent invitation email, or ask for a resend.
Open the link from your email, or ask your administrator for a new invite. (page state Missing invite link)The address has no invitation link in it. Open the original link from the email; if it is lost, ask for a new invitation.
You're invited to join <company name> on DataMind PlatformThe subject of an invitation to join an existing company; the email carries an Accept invitation button. Accept before it expires (7 days, single use).
You're invited to create your company on DataMind PlatformThe subject of an owner invitation; the invitee creates their company at accept. Open the link; the company name is entered on the accept page.
This invitation expires in 7 days and can be used once. If you did not expect it, you can ignore this email. The invitation link is valid for 7 days and single use; ignoring the email is safe. If it lapsed, ask for a new invitation; sending one replaces the older link.
Request approvedThe approval saved, the invitation was minted and the row is now Approved with its decision date. Nothing to do.
Approve failedThe approval did not go through. Reopen the dialog and try again; the request is still pending.
Request rejectedThe rejection saved and the request is closed. Nothing to do; the applicant sees only the neutral processed state.
Reject failedThe rejection did not go through. Reopen the dialog and try again.
No assignable roles. The approve dialog found no role it can assign, so an Existing company approval cannot proceed. Check the role catalogue, or approve into a different company; a New company approval needs no role.
An owner invitation is sent instead: the applicant creates their own company when accepting it. No inputs needed. What the New company approval does; there is nothing else to fill in. Click Approve.
the applicant only ever sees a neutral "processed" status. (the Reject registration note)The rejection reason is internal and is never shown to the applicant. Record what other staff need to know in the internal reason; the applicant's page stays neutral.
Visible to staff only (the Internal reason placeholder)Where the rejection reason goes; it stays on the staff side. Write what other staff should know; leave it empty if there is nothing to add.
Tax code match (the company badge in the approve dialog)This company's tax code matches the tax code on the request; it is sorted to the top and preselected as a suggestion. Keep it if it is the right company; change the selection if it is not.
Approved {date} / Rejected {date} (the Decided cell)When the request was decided; the date is the decision date. Nothing to do.
This user is already a member of the companyThe email you invited already belongs to a member of this company, so the invitation is refused. They already have access; use Assign role on the Team screen if their role should change.
Only a pending invitation can be resentResend applies to the pending status only; an accepted or revoked invitation cannot be resent. For a revoked invitation, send a new invitation to the same email; for an accepted one, the person is already a member.
An accepted invitation cannot be revokedOnce the invitee has joined, the invitation is history and revoke is closed for it. To end their access, remove them from the company on the Team screen.
Select a roleA member invitation must carry a role and Send was clicked without choosing one. Pick Administrator or Viewer under Invitee role, then click Send again.

Company setup

You seeWhat it means and what to do
Complete these steps to unlock the console. You can change them later from Settings and Pricing. The console stays locked until the three setup steps are done; the choices can be changed later from Settings and Pricing. Finish API key, Billing requisite and Pricing plan in the wizard.
Checking company setup…The console checks whether the company's setup is finished before it opens. Wait; the wizard opens when the check finishes.
Setup is not finished with An administrator still needs to finish company setup. Please wait until that is done, then try again. An Administrator must still finish the setup, so the console stays closed for you. Click Check again once the Administrator has finished (the click re-checks your access), or Sign in with a different user to use an Administrator account.
Active API key is ready. The company already has an active API key, so the first step is complete. Click Continue.
Checking for an existing key…The step is looking for an active API key for the company. Wait; the step then shows the key state.
This company does not have an active API key yet. Create one to continue. No active key exists, so this step cannot be completed yet. Click Create API key, name the key, and copy the secret from API key created.
Copy it now - it is shown once and cannot be recovered. The secret is write-once; it cannot be shown again after the dialog closes. Copy it before clicking Done; if it is lost, rotate the key for a new one on the API keys page.
No billing requisites available or No active requisites in catalog. There is no active account for the company to choose (the setup step or the assignment menu); the catalogue is empty or every account is deactivated. DataMind staff add or activate an account in the catalogue; afterwards click Check again, or reopen the menu.
No plans offered yetDataMind has not assigned any plans to the company yet, so there is nothing to choose from and the setup step cannot be completed (the line below the message reads Ask a staff member to assign tiers to this company.). Contact DataMind support, or click Check again once plans have been assigned; the page stays empty until then.

Console pages and messages

You seeWhat it means and what to do
Access denied / You don't have permission to view this page. (the refusal page)The signed-in member opened a screen their role does not allow, such as Invitations for a Viewer, or an area reserved for DataMind staff. Back to dashboard returns to the Dashboard; ask an Administrator of the company if the screen is needed.
Page not found / The page you're looking for doesn't exist. (the not-found page)The address is not a console screen. Back to dashboard returns to the Dashboard; open screens from the sidebar instead.
Unable to reach the serverThe console got no answer from the platform, or the platform answered with a temporary error (502, 503 or 504). Check your connection and that the platform is running, then try again.
Check your connection and that the platform is running, then try again. The description shown with the connectivity message; the connection or the platform itself may be the cause. Check the connection, then retry the action.
Something went wrong. Please try again. The request failed and no specific reason could be read from it. Try the action again; when the platform sends a reason, the console shows that instead.
You have unsaved changes. If you close, your changes will be lost. (also titled Unsaved Changes)A dialog with unsaved edits is being closed. Choose Discard & Close to close without saving, or Keep Editing to return to the dialog.
Saving…The confirmation dialog is saving the change; the dialog cannot be closed while it shows this. Wait for the action to finish.
Processing…The confirmation dialog is running the action; the dialog cannot be closed while it shows this. Wait for the action to finish.
Tap to read full messageThe notification's text is longer than three lines and is clamped. Open the message to read it in full.
Copied to clipboardThe notification's copy control copied its text. Nothing to do; it is the copy confirmation.
Copied! The text went to the clipboard; it is the copy confirmation. Paste it where it is needed.
Create failed, Update failed or Delete failedThe save or delete did not go through; the toast's description carries the reason. Read the description, fix the named field and try again.
No companies foundThe search in the company menu matched none of your companies. Clear the search or check the spelling; the list holds only the companies you belong to.
Company switchedThe console has moved to the company you picked; its screens now show that company's data. Nothing to do; carry on where you were.
Switch failedThe switch did not complete and the console stays on the current company; the toast also carries the reason. Try the switch again; if it keeps failing, check your connection or contact DataMind support.
Could not open that companyA link named a company the console could not switch to for you, for example one you no longer belong to. You stay in your current company; ask that company's Administrator if you expected access.

Company, members and staff

You seeWhat it means and what to do
A company with this name already existsAnother company already carries this name, and a company name is unique, so the save (or the owner sign-up) was refused. Change the name in the form and save again; at an owner accept the attempt is retryable and the invitation survives.
A company with this tax code already existsAnother company already carries this tax code, which is unique when present, so the save was refused. Correct the tax code, or clear it (empty values never collide), and save again.
Name is requiredA form was submitted with the name field empty (the company form, the tier form or the key dialog); nothing was saved. Enter the name and save again.
Enter a valid emailA billing address in the list is not a valid email address, so the form cannot be saved. Correct the address and submit again.
"{email}" is not a valid emailThe text entered as a billing email is not a valid address; the invalid text stays in the field so it can be fixed. Correct the address, or remove the chip.
At most 10 addressesThe billing email list holds more than 10 addresses, so the form cannot be saved. Remove addresses until 10 or fewer remain.
Status change failedThe deactivate or activate action did not go through; the toast's description carries the reason. Read the description and try the action again from the Company actions menu.
You cannot deactivate your own staff accountThe acting staff member tried to deactivate their own account. Ask another staff member to make the change; the action is also not offered on your own row.
No staff accounts yet.No staff account has been created yet; accounts are provisioned on the first Microsoft sign-in. Nothing to fix here; ask the person to sign in with their Microsoft work account, or check their assignment in Microsoft.
Their session ends immediately and they cannot sign in again - through Microsoft or otherwise - until reactivated. Remove them from the Entra group as well. (the Deactivate confirmation)What deactivating does, and the offboarding step that goes with it. Confirm the deactivation, then remove the person from the Entra group as well.
They can sign in again through Microsoft, provided they are still assigned to the app in Entra. (the Activate confirmation)Reactivation restores sign-in only while the Microsoft assignment still exists. Check the assignment in Entra before activating; re-assign if it was removed and the person should return.
Staff account deactivated / Staff account activated (with Their live session is already gone - they cannot sign in again until reactivated.)The switch succeeded and took effect at once. Nothing to do.
This account can still sign in with a password, which Entra never sees. Expected only on the sealed break-glass account. (the Password badge tooltip)The account holds a password login that bypasses Microsoft sign-in. Confirm it is the sealed break-glass account; treat any other row showing it as unexpected.
Role "<name>" already existsA role with this name is already in the catalogue; the check runs on create and on rename. Pick a different name, or open the existing role instead of adding a new one.
Role not foundThe role does not exist, or it is outside the reader's scope: a staff bundle or a deactivated role seen by a company reader. Pick a role from the list the reader can see; DataMind staff can open it with a staff session.

API keys

You seeWhat it means and what to do
No active key yet.The company has no active API key, and your account can create one. Click Create key on the card and follow the create dialog.
No active key. Ask an administrator to create one.No active key exists and your account cannot create one. Ask an Administrator to create the key; Viewers see the card but not its buttons.
Name the key so you can identify it later. The create dialog asks for a name so the key is identifiable in the console. Enter a Name of up to 100 characters.
API key created / API key rotatedA new secret is ready, and this dialog is the only place it will ever appear. Copy the secret before clicking Done.
Rotate <name>? with The current secret stops working immediately and a new one is issued.Rotation replaces the secret on the spot. Confirm to rotate, then update DataMind OS and every application that used the old secret.
Revoke <name>? with This permanently disables the key. Applications using it will lose access.Revocation is final; the key cannot be restored or rotated. Confirm only to stop the key for good; create a new key afterwards to restore access.
API key revokedThe key is disabled and the card shows no active key. Create a new key and paste it wherever the old one was used.
Create failed / Rotate failed / Revoke failedThe key action did not complete. Try the action again; if it keeps failing, contact DataMind support.
One active key per companyThe company's key limit; a second key cannot be created while one is active. Rotate the current key for a new secret, or revoke it first.

Usage, logs and upstream activity

You seeWhat it means and what to do
Request history for the selected billing windowThe line under the Usage heading; the screen shows one billing window at a time, and the picker at the top right chooses it; the token tiles and the request log follow it together. Change the window with the picker; it starts on the current billing window, the period an invoice covers.
Raw prompt tokensThe hint on the Input tile; the window's raw prompt token count. Read Total for the billable figure; it is input + output less the Kartlos Discount.
Raw completion tokensThe hint on the Output tile; the window's raw completion token count. Nothing to change; it explains what the tile counts.
Injected agent-prompt tokens you are not charged forThe hint on the Kartlos Discount tile; it applies to requests covered by a plan and is always 0 for pay-as-you-go requests. Nothing to do; the amount is already subtracted from Total.
Billable tokens: input + output less the Kartlos DiscountThe hint on the Total tile; the billable token figure for the window's chat requests. Compare with Input and Output to see the discount's effect; web searches and web reads do not add to these tiles.
No requests in this window. The selected period recorded no requests; it is shown on the Request volume & spend chart and on the Model usage table. Use the period arrows to check another month or day.
No data in this window. The Finish reason distribution chart has no data for the selected period. Use the period arrows to check another month or day; the chart fills as soon as requests are recorded.
No requests match this window. The selected billing window and filters match no rows; a failed read shows the error message in the same place instead. Check the window with the picker, clear the filters with Clear all filters, or adjust the Company filter.
Select a company to view request logs. The log shows one company's requests and no company is selected, so it cannot load rows. Select a company; the log then loads for that company.
Select a company to export its request log.An export was started while no company was selected, so there is nothing to export. Select a company, then start the export again.
Refresh log (screen-reader label Refresh request log)The toolbar control that fetches the latest rows for the window; it spins while fetching. Click it to reload the log after new requests arrive.
View full textThe cell shows one cut-off line and the value can be opened in full. Click it to open the preview; Copy text copies the value and Close preview closes it.
Upstream analytics is unavailableThe platform could not reach the provider's analytics API for a live reading (Live, Live analytics). Try again shortly; the synced tabs (Double accounting, Reports, Financial) keep serving the stored snapshot meanwhile.
OpenRouter usage synced with {rows} row(s) for {fromDate}..{toDate}The manual sync stored the trailing window; when it appends - ⚠ {n} unattributed key(s), the window contains upstream keys that match no platform key. For a non-zero unattributed count, investigate those keys; their spend shows in the Reports tab's by-key view with the Unattributed badge.
Sync failedThe sync run did not complete. Retry; every run re-pulls the whole trailing window, so a missed run self-heals within hours.
Listing scan finishedA model-listing scan completed; per-region lines report bootstrap, additions and retirements (unlisted ones in brackets), or aborted for a region whose listing could not be read. Treat aborted as no change for that region; nothing was retired there, and a later scan picks it up.
Scan failedThe scan request failed before it could finish. Run Scan now again; the hourly scan also retries on its own.
No usage in this window - run a sync if the snapshot looks stale. The selected window holds no rows in the synced snapshot (Double accounting summary or Reports cube). Check the date range, and run Sync now to re-pull the trailing window.
No per-day usage for this window.A drill (the audit or the report daily breakdown) found no rows for its day range. Widen the window, or run a sync if the snapshot looks stale.
No company earned or cost anything in this window. The Financial window contains no attributable money or traffic for any company. Check the range, and run Sync now if the snapshot may be stale; spend on keys matching no company appears as an Unattributed row instead.
No money and no traffic on any day of this window. The company's financial drill has no day with money or traffic. Check the window and the company; days with neither are omitted from the drill by design.
No upstream data for this window. The selected live-analytics view and day window returned no rows. Widen the day window (7, 14 or 31) or switch views; live data is cached about five minutes.
No listing rows for these filters - run a scan if the state looks stale. The listing-state table is empty for the current region and status filters. Clear the filters, or run Scan now if no scan has run for that region.
No listing events for these filters. No additions or retirements match the current filters, or none have been recorded yet. Widen the time range and check the region; a first scan records a baseline and raises no events.

Plans, billing and caps

You seeWhat it means and what to do
No permission to change plansYour role is Viewer, so the plan cards are read-only for you. Ask an Administrator of your company to switch the plan.
No allowance on this planThe plan includes no allowance of that token type (Premium or Standard), so there is no allowance percentage to show and no gauge. Nothing is wrong; the plan cards show what each plan includes, and an Administrator can switch the plan if that allowance is needed.
No active subscription or No active planThe company has no plan yet, so there are no allowances to show against and the spend cap card shows no plan terms. An Administrator selects a plan on Pricing.
No cap on this meterThat meter has no cap, so no ring or percentage is shown for it. No action needed; the caps your company has appear on the cards that carry them.
Approaching spend cap - further billable usage may be refusedExtra spend reached 80% of the enforced cap; billable usage is refused once it reaches 100%. Raise the monthly spend cap in Settings before the next window if more headroom is needed; the cap cannot exceed the hard ceiling.
Standard requests are being refused. The plan's Standard tokens are used up and the plan prices no Standard overage, so further Standard requests are refused; a higher spend cap does not help, and the notice adds Your plan includes no standard overage past the allowance - upgrade your plan or contact support to keep going. Use Kartlos Premium or a pay-as-you-go model now, or switch to a plan that prices Standard overage.
{n} overage · {rate} per 1MTokens used past the plan's allowance in that bucket and, when the plan prices overage, the overage price per 1M tokens; the amount counts toward Extra spend and the spend cap. No action; the overage appears on the next invoice.
Cannot exceed the ceiling of {amount}. Contact support to raise it.The spend cap was set above the hard ceiling, the highest cap DataMind allows for the company. Enter a cap at or below the ceiling, or contact DataMind support to raise the ceiling.
Your cap is {amount}. Ask an admin to change it. or Cap {amount} · ask an admin to changeThe spend cap control is read-only for your account (a Viewer). Ask an Administrator of your company to change the cap.
Plan change failedThe plan switch did not go through; the reason appears with the message. Try again; if it keeps failing, contact DataMind support.
No invoices yet for this company.Your company has no invoice or credit rows yet, so the table has nothing to show. Nothing is wrong; the first invoice appears after your first billing window closes.
No billing requisite assigned. The company has no bank account set for its invoices. An Administrator clicks Assign on the Requisite card and picks one of the accounts DataMind offers.
No tiers in the catalog yet.The tier catalog is empty, so there is nothing to edit and nothing to offer; the management dialog shows the same message while the catalog is empty. Click New tier on the Tiers table to create the first tier.
Premium overage / 1M is required - a non-negative amount with at most 2 decimals (0.00 = free)The Premium overage / 1M field is empty or not a valid amount; every tier must price both overage buckets, so nothing was saved. Enter an amount with at most 2 decimals, such as 0.00 to make this overage free, and submit again.
Standard overage / 1M is required - a non-negative amount with at most 2 decimals (0.00 = free)The Standard overage / 1M field is empty or not a valid amount; every tier must price both overage buckets, so nothing was saved. Enter an amount with at most 2 decimals, such as 0.00 to make this overage free, and submit again.
Two selected tiers share the name "{name}" - the client picks its plan by name, so each offered tier needs a distinct one.The offered-tier selection contains two tiers with the same name (names are compared trimmed and case-insensitively), so Save menu is disabled and the clashing rows are highlighted. Rename one of the clashing tiers on the Tiers page, or untick one of them, then save the menu.
Selected tiers mix {A} and {B} - a company bills in the currency of the tier it subscribes to, so one menu must offer a single currency. The offered-tier selection mixes currency codes; an unset tier currency counts as GEL, so a blank-currency tier beside a USD one also triggers this, and Save menu stays disabled. Keep the selection to one effective currency (set the missing currency, or clear it where GEL is intended), then save the menu.
Disabled tiers cannot be offered to a companyThe menu save included a tier that is currently disabled; the platform refuses the selection. Enable the tier on the Tiers page first, then save the menu again.
Menu update failedThe company's offered-tier menu was not saved; the toast's description carries the server message, such as the disabled-tier refusal. Read the description, fix the selection, and save again.
Amount must be a decimal with up to 8 digits and 2 decimal places. The amount is not a signed decimal with up to 8 integer digits and 2 fraction digits. Enter a signed decimal such as 500.00, or -500.00 for a correction.
Zero is not a grant. Enter a positive gift or a negative correction. or Credit amount must not be zeroZero amounts are refused; a zero can never be recorded. Enter a positive gift, or a negative amount to claw back an earlier grant.
A note is required - it is the only record of why the credit moved. The note field is empty; the note is the only record of why the credit moved. Fill in the note; it is visible to the client and limited to 500 characters.
No credit has been granted to this company yet.The Past grants list is empty for this company. Nothing to fix; grant credit if one is intended.
Loading credit ledger…The dialog is fetching the balance and the grant history. Wait; the form and the history appear when it finishes.
Credit grantedThe grant was recorded; the balance and the billing timeline refresh. Nothing to do.
Grant failed (the server reason is shown with it)The grant was refused or could not be saved. Read the reason; fix the amount or the note and try again.
Company not foundThe grant target does not resolve to a company. Close the dialog, reopen it from the companies list and try again.
Rate limit must be a positive integerA rate field holds something other than a whole number of 1 or more. Enter a positive whole number in Rate / minute (the global defaults) or Rate limit / minute (a company override).
Max concurrent must be a positive integerThe concurrency field holds something other than a whole number of 1 or more. Enter a positive whole number for Max concurrent on the defaults or in the company override.
Spend cap and hard ceiling defaults must be decimal amountsA Spend defaults money field on the defaults tile is not a decimal amount. Enter a decimal with at most 2 places, in the currency you picked.
Spend cap and hard ceiling must be decimal amounts (max 2 places)A money field in the company override dialog is not a decimal amount with at most 2 places. Re-enter Spend cap (CCY) or Hard ceiling (CCY) as a decimal with at most 2 places, in the company's plan currency.
OpenRouter key limit must be a decimal USD amount or emptyThe optional key limit holds something other than a decimal USD amount. Enter a decimal USD amount, or leave the field empty for unlimited.
Spend cap cannot exceed the hard ceilingThe company override sets a spend cap above the company's hard ceiling. Lower Spend cap (CCY), or raise Hard ceiling (CCY) first; the cap is enforced as the lower of the two.
You've used 70% of your premium tokens this month (standard-token variant)The premium (or standard) token allowance is 70% used; a warning, not a refusal. None required; review usage on the Dashboard and consider the plan.
Your premium token allowance is used up (standard-token variant)The allowance is exhausted; the body states what happens to further requests on this plan. Read the body; where the plan prices no overage, further requests are declined.
You've reached 70% of your monthly spend capBillable extras have reached 70% of the enforced spend cap. None required; watch extra spend on the Dashboard.
Your spend cap is reached, requests are being declinedThe spend cap is reached; new billable requests are declined, and nothing resumes early until the next billing month, or until the cap is raised or your plan changes. Raise the cap on Pricing or in Settings, or change the plan, to resume.
A plan change could save <company name> <amount> this monthA plan-change suggestion; the comparison is direction-blind and may point to a smaller plan. Review it on Pricing; it arrives only on the 24th and on the day before the month's last day, above a 5% saving floor.
Automated notification for the DataMind billing & legal desk. The footer of the plan-change notice; the notice goes to DataMind's billing and legal desk, not to the company. Nothing to do; company members see their current plan on Pricing.

Models

You seeWhat it means and what to do
No models available for your company. The Models list has nothing to show: no model is available to your company right now. Check your company's Region in Settings; if you still expect models, contact DataMind support.
No models match your search. The search box found no model whose name or ID matches what you typed; the list itself may still hold models. Clear or widen the search.
No provider data for this model yet. Check back soon. The provider table of this pay-as-you-go model has no data yet; the platform refreshes provider data on its own. Open the card again later; Retry re-reads the table if it failed to load.
Model "<upstream id>" is not in OpenRouter's ZDR text-output listing - only zero-data-retention models that output text are allowedThe model you picked is not in the zero-retention, text-output listing the catalogue is built from. Pick a model from that listing; if you believe it qualifies, check its upstream entry again later.
Redirect models ("~" ids) are not allowed - their backing and price change upstream, so a billing snapshot for one is stale by constructionThe upstream ID is a redirect entry, which cannot carry a stable price snapshot. Find the concrete model the redirect points at and add that.
Model "<upstream id>" is already in the catalogA row with this upstream ID already exists. Search the catalogue for the existing card and edit it instead of adding a duplicate.
Cannot disable a house-model backing - promote another model to that designation firstThis row is the model behind kartlos-premium or kartlos-standard, and a designated backing cannot be disabled. Promote a successor with Set premium or Set standard, then disable the old row.
Only an enabled model can back a house modelA disabled model was chosen for a house designation. Enable the model first, then set the designation.
A house-model backing must be EU-eligible - any company may be EU-routed and the alias must resolve for itThe model you are promoting is not servable in the EU, and any company may be EU-routed. Pick an EU-eligible model for the designation.
A house-model backing must support tool calling - subscription clients attach tools to chat requests and a tool-less backing cannot serve themThe model does not support tool calling, so it cannot serve subscription clients. Pick a model that supports tools for the designation.
Unavailable - reasoning is mandatory on this model upstream.Reasoning cannot be switched off for this model, so the Allow turning reasoning off switch is disabled. Leave the switch off; clients cannot send effort "none" to this model.
Disabled models leave the proxy menu until re-enabled. House-model backings (default or standard) cannot be disabled. What disabling does, and why a house-model backing cannot be disabled. For a backing, promote a successor first; otherwise confirm to take the model out of service.
Unlisted models leave the client model menus and direct pay-as-you-go requests to them are refused. House aliases are unaffected.Unlisting closes the model to client menus and direct pay-as-you-go requests while a house alias still uses it. Confirm if the model should only back a house alias; use Disable to take it out of service completely.
Reorder failedThe new catalogue order did not save, and the list returns to the last saved order. Try the drag again; if it keeps failing, reload the page and retry.
Model not foundThe row you acted on could not be found, usually because the list was out of date; a provider lookup that names a Kartlos model finds nothing to show, because the model behind the name is never revealed. Reopen the catalogue and retry; provider prices are compared on pay-as-you-go models only.
Model added / Model updated / Premium model updated / Standard default updatedThe save went through and the change is live for clients. Nothing to do.

Agent prompts

You seeWhat it means and what to do
No agents yet.The register loaded and holds no agents. If you expected agents, reload the panel; when the read itself fails, the list shows the error message instead of this text.
Display name is requiredThe agent form was saved with an empty Display name. Fill in the display name and save again.
Key must be kebab-case: lowercase letters/digits separated by single hyphensThe Key does not match the kebab-case rule. Rewrite the key as lowercase letters and digits separated by single hyphens, for example agentic-mind.
Agent "<key>" already existsA row already carries this key; keys are unique. Choose another key; the key cannot be changed after creation, so pick it carefully.
Agent not foundThe agent page could not load its agent. Click Back to agents and choose the agent from the register again.
Discard unsaved changes? with Your edits will be lost. The agent form was closed while holding unsaved edits. Click Discard to close without saving; save the edits first if you want to keep them.
Disable <displayName>?You switched the agent off; confirming stops its published prompt from serving and requests fall back to the built-in default prompt (for example Disable DataMind Oda?). Click Disable to confirm; the version history is kept.
No versions published yet - the proxy serves this agent's built-in fallback prompt until v1 is published. The agent has no published versions; the built-in prompt serves its requests. Click Publish first version to publish one.
Agent created / Agent updatedThe save (create or edit) was confirmed. Nothing to do.
Enter at least one of the House or PAYG promptThe publish dialog was submitted with both prompt sides empty. Fill in the House prompt, the PAYG prompt, or both; one side may be left empty to reuse the other for both buckets.
Enter a valid effective dateThe Schedule switch is on but the Effective from field does not parse as a date and time. Pick a date and time in Effective from, or switch Schedule off to publish immediately.
Both weights must be whole numbers of 1 or moreA field in the Edit token weights dialog holds something other than a whole number of at least 1. Enter whole numbers of 1 or more, or leave a field blank to keep that side unchanged.
Change at least one weightThe Edit token weights dialog was saved with both fields unchanged or blank. Change at least one of the two weights before saving.
Neither number was measured: both are the assumed default. Re-weigh the version or enter the weights by hand. The Unweighed badge tooltip: the prompt could not be measured at publish time, so both stored counts are the assumed default. Click Re-weigh, or enter the counts by hand with Edit weights; only future requests are affected.
This version has no House prompt, so there is nothing to measure - enter the weights by hand instead. The Re-weigh button is greyed out because the version has no House prompt. Use Edit weights if a count needs to be recorded by hand.
Assumed default, not a measurement. The two numbers on the version card are the assumed default rather than a measured weight (the Unweighed state). Click Re-weigh to measure the stored prompt, or correct the numbers with Edit weights.
Disabling removes it from the proxy cache - the era it covers falls through to the next-older enabled version (or the built-in default prompt). It can be re-enabled anytime. What the confirmation says before a version is disabled. Confirm with Disable to stop serving it; re-enable it with the Version enabled switch whenever needed.
The bundled prompt tree was not found on the server, so nothing could be read. The publish-from-local-files pass could not find the platform's bundled prompt files, so no report could be produced and nothing can be published. Have the bundled prompt files restored on the server, then reopen the dialog.
Nothing to publishThe apply button's state when no bundled file differs from its latest published version. Nothing to do; every agent is already up to date.
Publish failedThe publish-version request did not complete. Try again; if it keeps failing, check the message shown under the toast title.
Re-weigh failedThe re-weigh request did not complete. Try again; if it keeps failing, check the tokenizer basis value in Platform settings: integrations.
No requests missed a stored prompt version.Nothing matched the current filters; no request in scope missed a published prompt version. Set the outcome filter back to All outcomes and the company filter back to All companies to widen the view; if the read itself failed the table shows the error message instead, and reloading the view retries it.
not specifiedThe caller sent no agent with the request; it is shown in its own style because a missing requested agent is a finding, not a blank. Treat the row as a finding and check what the caller sends as its agent field.

Platform settings

You seeWhat it means and what to do
Configured (****{hint}) / Not configuredThe status of a write-only secret on its card; only the last four characters of the stored value are ever shown. Enter a value to replace the secret, or leave the field empty to keep it.
In use: {effective}What actually applies today (the tokenizer model, the fee percent), while the field holds the configured value or is empty. Fill the field to override the built-in default.
Webhook must be a valid URL including the protocol (https://...)The webhook field is not a full address with its protocol. Paste the complete https address; an empty field keeps the stored webhook.
OpenRouter fee must be a percent with up to 2 decimals, or empty for defaultThe fee field is not a percent with at most 2 decimals. Enter 0 to 100 with up to 2 decimals, or clear the field to use the default.
OpenRouter fee cannot exceed 100%The fee value is above the allowed maximum. Enter 100 or less.
Using the platform default of {defaultPercent}%.No fee is configured, so the platform default applies. Nothing to do; enter a value to override the default.
Pick the date the rate takes effect on.The FX rate date field is empty or not a full date. Pick the date the rate starts applying.
A rate already exists for {date}.The date duplicates an existing series entry; one entry per date. Pick another date, or edit the existing entry.
Rate must be a decimal with up to 6 fraction digits. The rate has too many decimals or is not a number. Enter a decimal with at most 6 fraction digits.
Rate must be above zero. The rate is zero or negative. Enter a positive rate.
No rates yet - the platform is using its built-in default. The rate series is empty, so conversion uses the built-in default rate. Add a rate when the default should not apply.
Tokenizer model changed. Stored weights are per-version stamps taken with the previous tokenizer - saving a new model does not re-rate them. Re-weigh now so published versions carry counts from the model you just picked. The tokenizer basis was saved and stored weights still come from the old tokenizer. Click Re-weigh all prompt versions.
Checked {n} versionsThe bulk re-weigh finished; its groups read re-weighed (Measured again with the current tokenizer and saved.), left alone, tokenizer unavailable (The tokenizer did not answer for these, so they kept the weight they already had. Nothing was overwritten.) and failed (These could not be re-measured, so they kept their previous weight. Try again.). Retry the failed or unavailable groups later; past requests are never re-rated.
The model list could not be loaded, so type the id by hand: {reason}The tokenizer model dropdown could not be filled; the reason follows. Type the model id by hand, or fix the reason and reload.
No Anthropic API key is configured - save one to load the model listThe model list was requested with no stored key. Save an API key on the Anthropic API key card.
Anthropic rejected the stored API key (401) - replace it to load the model listThe stored key was refused. Replace the key and reload the list.
Anthropic responded {status} while listing modelsThe model list request failed with that status. Try again; if it persists, use the manual entry fallback and retry later.
Rate added / Rate updated / Rate removed / Delete failedA rate row action succeeded, or the delete failed. On Delete failed, retry the delete.
Delete the rate effective {date}?The delete confirmation for that entry; its description warns that covered dates fall back to the previous rate or the platform default (it also shows the current value, for example ...Current value: {formatted} GEL per USD.). Confirm Delete, or cancel.
Integration settings updatedThe tab's save succeeded (on Email it stored the new plan-change notice address via Save recipient). Nothing to do.
Enter a valid email address, or clear the field to use the defaultNotice goes to holds something that is not a valid address and is not empty. Type a valid address, or clear the field to fall back to the deployment default.
Enter a valid email address, or leave it empty to send to yourselfA test card's Send to field holds something that is not a valid address. Fix the address, or clear the field to send the test to your own login email.
Test email sentThe usage-alert test send was accepted; the description reads Sent to {address} or Sent to your login email, and a Test row appears in the log. Nothing to do.
Test email failedThe usage-alert test send did not go out; the toast description carries the reason. Read the reason (for example SMTP is not configured) and fix the cause before retrying.
Test notice sentThe tier-change test send was accepted; the description reads Sent to {address} or Sent to your login email, and a Test row appears in the log. Nothing to do.
Test notice failedThe tier-change test send did not go out; the toast description carries the reason. Read the reason and fix the cause before retrying.
SMTP is not configuredA test send was refused because the deployment cannot send mail at all. Nothing was sent; mail must be set up on the deployment first, and until then real sends are recorded as Skipped rows.
The console address is not configuredA usage-alert test send was refused because the platform's console address is not set. Only a deployment operator can add it; every other test send is unaffected.
Nothing sent yet. Emails are recorded from the moment this log shipped - earlier sends left no row.The log has no rows; it only records sends attempted since it shipped. If a send is expected, confirm mail is set up on the deployment and that the send was attempted; some non-sends (invitation and password-reset paths with no console address configured) leave no row at all.
Accepted = the mail server took it. Delivery is not tracked on this transport. The Status help for Accepted; accepted is proof of sending, never of delivery, and a bounced address still records Accepted. Never read Accepted as delivered; real delivery status needs a provider that can prove it.
SMTP not configuredThe logged send was skipped because no mail is set up on the platform; nothing was attempted. Treat it as a deployment setup gap, not a per-recipient failure; a skipped send is not retried once mail is configured.
Paste at least one key (one per line)The Add keys dialog found no usable key in the paste; blank and duplicate lines are dropped before this check. Paste at least one key, one per line, and click Add keys again.
At least one non-empty secret is requiredThe batch carried no usable key at all (the server-side counterpart of the dialog refusal; the console blocks an empty paste first). Paste real keys, one per line.
{n} key(s) added to the poolThe batch was accepted; each pasted line became its own pool row. Nothing to do; add a Batch label if the batch needs an annotation.
Key updatedThe label change or the enable/disable change was saved. Nothing to do.
Add failedThe add-keys request did not complete. Read the reason on the toast and try the batch again.
Provider key not foundThe row the change targeted could not be found, usually because the list is out of date. Open the Tool Keys tab again and retry the action.
Disable {Provider} key ••••{hint}?Confirm that the key leaves the pool; the description states Disabled keys leave the pool on the next request - the proxy stops load-balancing onto them. Keys are never deleted, so usage history stays attributable. Confirm only for a burned or retired key; Enable brings the same key back.
Beneficiary, bank, and IBAN are requiredThe requisite form was saved while the beneficiary name, the bank name or the IBAN was blank. Fill all three fields; Currency is a three-character code and SWIFT is optional.
A disabled billing requisite cannot be selectedThe account chosen for a company is deactivated; only active accounts can be assigned. Activate the account first, then assign it; the assignment menus offer only active accounts.
No billing requisites in the catalog yet.The Billing Requisites table has no rows. Add the first account with New requisite.
Requisite createdThe new account was saved. Nothing to do; the table refreshes and the account starts active.
Requisite updatedAn edit, a deactivation or a reactivation of an account was saved. Nothing to do.
Deactivate {name}?The confirmation before an account leaves the assignment menus (This requisite will leave the company assignment menu until reactivated.). Confirm to deactivate; reactivate it any time to make it selectable again.
Activate {name}?The confirmation before an account returns to the assignment menus (This requisite becomes available for company billing assignment.). Confirm to activate; companies can then pick it.

API requests and errors

You seeWhat it means and what to do
Invalid or missing API key (401, code invalid_api_key)The x-api-key header is missing or empty, or the key is unknown, rotated or revoked; the request is refused before any other work runs. Send the company's current key in the x-api-key header; an Authorization: Bearer header alone does not authenticate a request.
Request body must be a JSON objectThe request body could not be read as a JSON object, so the request was rejected before anything else ran. Send a JSON object as the request body, with Content-Type: application/json; for a web read, send a body carrying the page address, such as {"url": "https://example.com/page"}.
Request must specify model or a non-empty models arrayNeither model nor a non-empty models array was sent, so there is no model to serve the request. Add one of them: a single model ID in model, or an array of IDs in models for fallbacks.
Request must include a messages arrayThe request carried no messages array. Add the messages array of role and content objects, as in the OpenAI format.
Model(s) not available: <ids> - see GET /models for the available catalogEvery requested model ID is outside the caller's menu; a hidden name and a model not served in the company's region are refused exactly like an unknown one, so nothing can be discovered by probing. Read GET /llm/models for the caller's key and resend with an ID from that list.
Reasoning effort "<effort>" is not available on this model - allowed: <allowed list>The effort value is not in the model's curated allowed list, which is the same list the menus advertise. Pick a value from the model's supported_efforts in GET /llm/models.
Invalid provider.sort - allowed values: <allowed values>The provider.sort value is not one of the four allowed values. Send one of the four values (throughput, latency, price, balanced), or drop the field to use the company's provider order.
"<alias>": Kartlos models are DataMind-exclusive and can only be used from within the DataMind platformA Kartlos model was requested from outside DataMind OS; within the platform's own clients it fires when a house request names no agent for the alias. Kartlos models are not available to callers with a company API key; use a pay-as-you-go model from GET /llm/models.
"<houseId>" must be the only model in the request - house models cannot be combined with other models or fallback arraysA Kartlos alias was combined with other models or placed in a fallback array, which the house routing does not allow. Send the Kartlos model as the request's only model; it cannot be combined.
'model' is requiredmodel is missing or is an empty string; the embeddings endpoint serves no default model. Send "model": "qwen/qwen3-embedding-8b".
Unknown embedding model "<model>" - available: qwen/qwen3-embedding-8bThe model id sent is not on the embeddings allowlist; the message renders the one allowed id. Send the model id qwen/qwen3-embedding-8b; a second model cannot be added by client request.
'input' must not be emptyinput was an empty string or an empty array. Send non-empty text, as a string or an array of strings.
'input' is required (string or array)input was not sent, or was neither a string nor an array (a number, a boolean, an object or null). Send input as a string or an array of strings.
'query' is requiredThe ask request arrived without the required query parameter. Send the question in query.
'query' must be at most 500 charactersThe ask query is longer than the 500-character limit. Shorten the question and send the ask again.
Search query is required (use 'q' or 'query' parameter)A web search call arrived without a search text in q or its alias query. Send the search text in q (or query) and repeat the call.
'url' is requiredA web read arrived without a URL, or with an empty one. Send the page address in url and repeat the call.
Rate limit exceeded - retry in <seconds>s (429, code rate_limit_exceeded, with the retry-after header)The company sent more requests in the current one-minute window than its rate allows; the header carries the seconds left in the window. Wait the seconds given, then retry.
Too many concurrent requests - wait for an in-flight request to finish (429, code concurrency_limit_exceeded, with retry-after: 1)The company is at its concurrency limit; the slot frees when one running request finishes. Wait for a running request to finish, then retry.
Monthly spend cap reached (<cap> <currency>) - pay-as-you-go and over-allowance requests are blocked until the next billing month or a cap increase by your administrator (402, code budget_exceeded)Extra spend reached the monthly spend cap; retrying cannot clear it. An Administrator raises the cap, or wait for the next billing window.
No active subscription plan - contact your DataMind integrator (402, code no_active_subscription)The company has no active plan. An Administrator selects a plan.
Monthly standard-model allowance reached and your plan prices no standard overage - use kartlos-premium or a pay-as-you-go model, or contact your DataMind integrator to move to a priced plan (402, code standard_quota_exceeded)The Standard allowance is spent and the plan prices no Standard overage. Use a pay-as-you-go model, or move to a plan that prices Standard overage.
Internal server error (500, code internal_error) or Internal Server ErrorAn unexpected failure; the raw exception message never reaches the caller, and the core API logs the method, the URL and a stack. Retry with a short back-off; if it repeats, report the request path and the time.
Failed to reach the upstream provider (502, code upstream_unavailable)The model provider could not be reached (connect error). Retry with a short back-off, or choose another model.
Upstream provider timed out (504, code upstream_timeout)The model provider did not answer in time. Retry with a short back-off, or make the request smaller.
Model catalog is unavailable (503, code service_unavailable)The model menu cannot be read right now, so the endpoint answers 503 instead of serving an empty or partial menu; it does not mean your key has no models. Retry later; do not treat the answer as an empty list, and if your code keeps the last good list, keep serving from it.
Pricing for model "<model>" is temporarily unavailable - retry later or pick another model from GET /models (503, code service_unavailable)The model's price is missing, so it is refused rather than served free. Retry later, or pick another model.
The <provider> service is temporarily unavailable - retry shortly (503, code service_unavailable)The web tool service cannot serve the call, because an empty tool key pool fails closed. Retry shortly; if it keeps failing, contact DataMind support with the message.
Account limits are unavailable - retry shortly (503, code service_unavailable)The company's limits cannot be read, and a request that cannot be checked is refused rather than served; a valid key whose company has no published limits entry meets the same refusal. Retry shortly; if it repeats, contact DataMind support.
Upstream stream interrupted (SSE event: error carrying the code stream_interrupted)The stream broke after it started, while the client was still connected. Send the request again; the tokens generated before the break are still billed, and the platform reconciles the real counts afterwards.
Documentation stream interruptedThe ask stream broke after it started; the answer stops there. Send the ask again.
Too many requests. Please wait a moment and try again. The request hit the edge's rate limit; the fixed one-minute window answers with this one message. Wait for the Retry-After interval before retrying, and do not retry in a tight loop.
Upload exceeds the maximum allowed size of {limit}.The request body exceeded the one size limit that the edge, the AI gateway and the application all enforce (default 100 MiB); nothing was forwarded. Send a smaller body, or raise the platform's size setting, which is an operator change.

Personal data and PII blocking

You seeWhat it means and what to do
Proxy rejects requests that match PII detectors before upstream. The help under the Prohibit PII transmission switch in the Edit company dialog: with the option on, requests that match the personal-data checks are refused before they reach a provider, and the Company card shows the state as PII blocked or PII off. Turn the switch on to refuse matching requests; leave it off to send requests unchecked.
PII detected in request: <TYPE> (<count>), ... This company's policy prohibits PII transmission to upstream providers; the request was not forwarded. (400, code content_filter)The company's Prohibit PII transmission policy is on and the request matched a check; the summary lists each detected kind and its count (for example EMAIL (2), IBAN (1)), never the values; nothing reaches a provider, the request uses no tokens and it leaves no ledger row. Remove or mask the personal data and send the request again; an Administrator manages the option on the Company card in Settings.

AI features

You seeWhat it means and what to do
⚠️ ANOMALY DETECTEDThe results looked wrong (values outside any sensible range, sudden swings, impossible percentages, contradictory metrics) and the Mind double-checked the calculation before reporting. Read the checks that were run, the possible explanations (a data-quality problem, a calculation issue, or a real change in the business) and the recommendation before acting on the numbers.
I cannot provide this analysis because [specific reason]:The Mind declines an analysis it cannot support (missing data, unsupported assumptions, unreliable data quality, or a question beyond what it can see). Read what data would be needed, what it can offer instead and what would make the analysis possible; the refusal names the specific reason.
Your presentation generation has started. The analysis finished and the deck build began; the deck reads the conversation only up to this moment, so anything added after the build starts is not part of it. Nothing is needed; the finished deck is saved in Artifacts as a Slide Deck when it is ready, and you can page through, present or download it from there.
Awaiting human approval. This change has NOT been made.A change is held for your decision; the answer stopped at the approval card and nothing was applied while it waits. Approve or reject the change on its card; the work continues from your decision.
An editor of this model rejected this change, so it was NOT made. You or another editor of this model rejected the change, so nothing was applied. Nothing needs fixing; a rejected change is never retried unchanged. If you still want it, ask again and say what to change.
No change: the deck already held every value asked for.A change to the deck's properties matched what the deck already stored, so no edit was made and no undo step was added. Nothing is needed; ask for a different change if that was not what you meant.
this deck has a newer version on the server, so saving is paused and anything edited now would be discarded. Tell the author to refresh the deck before asking for changes. The deck has a save conflict, so the AI refuses every edit rather than have its work discarded; this refusal is written for the AI to relay to the author. Refresh the deck (overwrite or revert in the save panel), then ask the AI again.
"<tool> is not implemented in this editor build. Do not call it again in this conversation - fall back to the per-slide tools: getDeckOutline for structure, getSlide to read one slide, updateSlide and updateElements to write."The installed editor build carries no applier for a tool the AI called, so the call was refused before anything ran. Nothing to do; the AI falls back to the per-slide reads and edits itself.
All columns already have commentsEvery editable column already carries a comment, so the comment helper has nothing left to suggest. Nothing is needed; the button comes back when a column without a comment appears.
Primary key is already definedThe table already has a primary key, so the key helper is off by design. Keep the saved key; the helper is for tables that have none yet.
AI sample features are disabled for tables with PII columnsThe table has columns marked as personal data, so the comment and key helpers cannot read their sample. Save comments and keys by hand for this table, or use the helpers on tables without PII columns.
Save keeps your changes. Save and sync also validates the recipe and discovers streams and columns. No rows are loaded until you load a table. The connector form's footer hint: Save stores your changes only, while Save and sync also validates the recipe and re-discovers streams and columns; neither action loads any rows. Use Save and sync after a recipe or settings change, then load tables separately from the Lake or by a workflow.
Data lands only when this table is loaded - manually from Lake or by a workflow.A stream that shows Not loaded yet has been discovered or sampled but its table has never been loaded; sampling is not loading. Load the table from the Lake, or let a workflow do it.
Connection failedTest Connection ran the recipe's check stream with the stored settings and it failed; the details sit behind Error Details: on the same line. Read the error details, fix the connection settings or the recipe's check, then test again; the test loads nothing either way.
Unapproved hostsThe connector's recipe calls a host that has not been approved, so the recipe cannot be confirmed until the host list is settled. Approve the pending host from the connector's Hosts list, or revoke it; every host must be approved or revoked before the recipe moves on.
the host needs your approvalA request reached a host the recipe uses but no one has approved yet. Approve the host under Hosts in the connector; the recipe can call only approved hosts.
Please enter <title> in the connector form under Connection - I'll continue once it shows as set.The assistant needs a secret value that only the connection form can hold; it can see whether the field is set, never the value. Enter the value in the named field under Connection and save; the assistant continues once the field shows as set.
AMBIGUOUS_IDENTIFIERA bare column name exists in more than one joined table of the model, so the reference cannot be resolved. Write the column with its table name, "Table"."Column".
Correct, build itThe Warehouse Builder's restatement of your task on its intake card is right, and choosing it lets the build start. Choose it when the restatement matches what you want; nothing is built until you choose.
Different grainThe builder read the task, but what one row should represent is not what it stated back; the card exists so a wrong grain is caught before the table exists, because a wrong grain costs a full rebuild. Choose it to correct the reading; the builder asks again with your correction instead of guessing.
Different sourceThe source the builder plans to build from (semantic source, source system or Lake table) is not the one you mean. Choose it to point the build at the right source; the builder re-reads and restates the task before building.
Build as plannedThe plan the builder restated for a multi-object build (objects, patterns, build order) is approved; that one card covers task and design. Choose it to start the build; choose Change something first or Dimensions only for now to adjust or narrow the plan instead.
Change something firstYou want the proposed plan adjusted (an object, a pattern, a name) before anything is built. Choose it and say what should change; the builder revises the plan and asks again.
Dimensions only for nowBuild only the dimension tables of the proposed plan and hold the facts for later. Choose it to build the dimensions first; ask for the facts in a later message.
Output Contains Duplicates in Source IDA dimension fill wrote the same Source ID twice over the whole result, so the identifier is not unique; the run fails instead of loading the rows, and this is a grain problem, not a setting. Let the builder rework the query (for example the key or the date it uses); if the repetition is genuinely in your data, the identifier's definition needs to change.
Output Contains Duplicates in Source ID Per PartitionA fact fill wrote the same Snapshot Day and Source ID pair twice inside one partition; the day's rows are not unique where they must be. Treat it like the dimension case: a grain problem to fix in the key or the date before anything loads; the builder reworks the query rather than loading duplicates.

Agents and builders

Awaiting human approval. This action has NOT been executed.A gated lake step is waiting on its approval card and nothing has run; the build pauses until a person decides. Decide on the card: approve to let the step run as you, or reject it; no gated step ever executes on its own.
A Datawarehouse Administrator rejected this actionThe approval card was rejected, so the change did not happen. Nothing was executed, so there is nothing to undo; the reject reason is read by the Mind, so tell it what to do differently and it can propose a new change.
<redacted:NAME>A credential you pasted into the chat was moved into the connector's Secrets, taken out of the stored conversation and replaced with this marker in the message copy; the marker is not the value and the vault refuses it as one. Treat the marker as not a value and store credentials in the vault rather than pasting them; the value lives only in the connector's Secrets.
{{secret:NAME}}The connector's configuration points at a stored secret instead of holding the value; the name is the setting's own name (its full dotted path), and the value is read from the vault at run time. Store a value for that name in the connector's Secrets (Manage Secrets); a reference with no stored value stops the save or the sync before anything runs.
measure validation failed:The prefix every refused measure save starts with; the text after the prefix names the failing check. Read the text, correct the expression and save again, or let Fix with AI make one repair pass.
measure validation failed: the expression is not allowed: <one sentence per problem, joined with '; ', each possibly ending '(found: <name>)'>The save guard refused a forbidden construct inside the expression. Rewrite it with aggregates, the model's columns and measures, and windows only.

Remove the named construct; a measure reaches other tables through the model's relationships.
measure validation failed: changing the sql of "<name>" breaks dependent measures: <names>Other measures use the measure you changed and their re-check failed. Fix the change, or update the named measures first.
measure validation failed: measure name "<name>" collides with a column or BI table name of the semantic modelMeasure names share one namespace with the model's columns and BI tables, and this name repeats one of them. Rename the measure, or rename the object it collides with.
measure "<name>" requires column(s) [...] among the chart's group-by fieldsA windowed measure's window columns are not among the chart's group-by fields; the bracketed list names the missing columns. Add the named columns to the chart's group-by fields, or use a chart that already groups by them.
measure validation failed: a measure must produce exactly one column, got <n>The probe result was not a single value. Reduce the expression to one column (no tuples, no *) and save again.
measure validation failed: measure result type <type> is not supported in BIThe expression's result type has no chart mapping. Cast the result to a plain number or string and save again.
AI updated the measure - review and saveFix with AI replaced the failing expression in the editor; nothing is saved yet. Review the expression and save the measure.
the visual studio is not connected, so this custom visual cannot be edited right now. Tell the author to open the tile in the DataPrism visual studio with the AI panel open, then ask them to try again. An edit was requested while the tile's studio was not connected to the AI panel, so nothing was edited. Open the tile in the DataPrism visual studio with the AI panel open, then ask again.
Use DataPrism AI and Author DataPrism Custom VisualsThe permission names carried by the refusal: the edit was refused because the author lacks the permission or permissions this phrase names. Ask an administrator to add what is missing to your role.
Tell the author what is left to do and ask them to continue. The text that travels with the operation-cap refusal: the turn hit its operation cap (reads included) and stopped. Continue the work in a new message.
DataPrism Custom Visuals is disabled on this deployment.Custom visuals are switched off for the whole deployment, so the studio refuses every edit. Ask an administrator to enable custom visuals.
DataPrism never asks for credentials inside a report tile, and a custom visual may not imitate oneThe request would build a tile that imitates a credential or sign-in prompt, which the studio declines. Redesign the tile so it does not imitate a credential prompt.
Embed blockedAn embed, link load or image load pointed at a host that is not on the sandbox allowlist, so the app refused it. Ask an administrator to add the host to the Sandbox Allowed Hosts list in the system security settings.

Tables

You seeWhat it means and what to do
Pasting data...A paste is filling the table's cells. Wait for it to finish; the fill continues by itself.
Creating new rows...The paste reaches past the last row and the table is adding rows for the extra lines. Wait; the added rows appear as they are created and wait at the bottom of every page until saved.
You have {n} unsaved change(s). If you continue, all changes will be reverted. You are leaving a page while added rows are still unsaved; the prompt is titled Unsaved Changes and n counts the changes. Choose Discard & Continue to leave and revert the changes, or Stay on Page to remain.
Save N unsaved row(s)N added rows are waiting to be saved; the toolbar action shows only while such rows exist. Click it to save the waiting rows, or use Discard unsaved changes to drop them.
Discard unsaved changesThe toolbar action that drops the waiting (added) rows. Click it to drop them instead of saving.
No data to displayThe table has no rows to show for its current search and filters. Clear the search or adjust the filters to bring rows back.
Oops... there's no data to display. The card view of a table has nothing to show. Clear the search or adjust the filters to bring rows back.
System columns can't be modifiedA locked cell belongs to a system column that the table maintains itself, so it cannot be edited; a lock icon carries this tooltip. Read the value only; the cell is read-only, and a locked row cannot be selected either.
No suggestionsThe suggestion list under a text cell is empty because the column has no values to suggest. Type the value anyway; press Enter or leave the field, and it saves as it is.
No emailThe email cell is empty. If the cell is editable, double-click it and enter the address.
No RoleThe roles cell lists no role for this row. No action here; the badge simply reports that no role is set.
Unknown userThe cell has no name or email to show for the person on this row. No action; the value could not be matched to a user.
No value / No labelOne line of a value-and-label cell is empty. No action; the cell simply has nothing in that line.
Date Slicer (panel title)The calendar that opens when you edit a date cell. Pick the day, switch on Time for a date-and-time column, then click Apply; Cancel, Escape or a click outside the panel closes it without saving.
00:00:00A date-and-time value was saved with the Time field switched off in the Date Slicer, so the clock part stored as midnight. Edit the cell again, switch Time on, set the clock and click Apply.
Select cells in 2+ rows to compareThe compare button in the table toolbar is disabled because the current cell selection touches fewer than two rows. Select cells in two or more rows; the button enables and its tooltip then counts them.
Compare N rows side-by-sideThe compare button's enabled-state tooltip; N counts the rows the current selection touches. Click the button to open the Compare rows dialog with those rows as cards.
Nothing to compare. The Compare rows dialog has no cards to show, so the card strip shows this line instead of cards. Close the dialog, select cells in at least two rows, and open the comparison again.
Tick fields below, then Replace finds the next row whose ticked fields match this cardReplace is disabled on that card because no field is ticked yet. Tick at least one field on the card (click a field row, or press Space or Enter on it), then click Replace.
Find the next row matching the ticked fieldsReplace's enabled-state tooltip; clicking swaps the card to the next row whose ticked fields hold the same values. Click Replace, and keep clicking to move through the matches; the counter beside it shows the place in the cycle.
Restore N hidden field(s)N fields were removed from the cards and can be brought back; the button shows only while any field is hidden. Click it in the dialog footer to restore the hidden fields.
Hover any value to highlight matches • tick fields then Replace to cycle through similar rowsThe dialog footer's hint; it summarises the two interactions of the comparison. Hover a value to highlight matches across the cards, or tick fields and use Replace to cycle through similar rows.
An export is already running. Wait for it to finish before starting another.A server-built export (for example the request log export) is already running for this person; exports run one at a time per person. Wait for the running export to finish, then start the new one.
This download link has expired or was already used. Start the export again. The export download link is single-use and lasts 60 seconds from when the export starts; a dead link, an already-opened link and another person's link all answer the same way. Run the export again and open the fresh link right away.
This export has {rows} rows - more than Excel's limit of 1,048,575. Download it as CSV instead, or narrow the filters. An Excel (xlsx) export holds more rows than a sheet allows (1,048,575 = Excel's 1,048,576-row limit minus the header row). Download it as CSV instead, or narrow the filters.
This export has {rows} rows - more than the 5,000,000-row export limit. Narrow the filters or pick a shorter period. The CSV export exceeds the platform's 5,000,000-row cap. Narrow the filters or pick a shorter period.
Nothing to export (with No data to export.)The export control found no data to write. Clear the filters and the search if rows were expected.
Export failedBuilding or downloading the export did not complete; the server's own reason is shown with it when there is one. Try the download again, or pick another format; for a large log export, narrow the filters.
Copy failedThe browser refused the clipboard write (a table's copy button, the export control or a column name; the tooltip adds Failed to copy to clipboard. or Failed to copy column name to clipboard.). Try the copy again.
File too large (with File size exceeds 10MB limit.)The chosen upload file is bigger than the 10 MB cap. Trim or split the file, then upload again.
Upload is only available for Excel formatThe upload control is disabled because the preferred file format is not Excel. Pick Excel as the file format, then upload the file.
Showing {displayed} of {total}. Use search to narrow results. The filter menu shows only the first 500 values of a longer list and says how many values there are in all. Type in the menu's Search… box to narrow the list; use Load more where the table offers it.
Load moreMore values are available and can be fetched into the menu. Click it to load the next set; the control reads Loading… while the values load.
Cannot load moreThe menu cannot fetch anything further for this list. Narrow the list with the menu's search or with other column filters instead.
Max limit (tooltip Maximum {maxCount} options can be loaded. Use search or other filters to narrow results.)The menu has loaded as many values as it is allowed to load. Use search or other filters to narrow results.
No options foundThe search inside the filter menu matches no value in that column. Clear or change the menu's search text.
Column name copiedThe column's name is on the clipboard, ready to paste into a query. Nothing to fix; paste it where you need it.
Unknown column '{name}' (for example Unknown column 'modelUsed')A filter, sort or export named a column the platform no longer recognises for that table, so the request was refused (HTTP 400). Clear the table's filters and set them again; if it persists, note the quoted column name for support.
(Empty)The cell holds no value at all (null). Tick it to keep rows whose cells have no value; a filter that excludes values keeps empty rows unless the empty choice is excluded too.
(Blank)The value is an empty string or only spaces. Tick it to keep rows whose cells hold a blank value; "(Empty)" and "(Blank)" are separate choices.
Auto-fit all columns to content / Reset column widths to defaultsThe Auto-fit columns button's two tooltip states; the first click fits every column to its content, and the button then offers the reset. Click it to fit all columns at once; click again to reset every column width to its default.
No active filtersThe Clear all filters button is greyed out because no filter is active and the search box is empty. No action needed for this state; once a filter or the search is active the tooltip counts them (Clear all filters (N)) and clicking clears the filters and the search together.
Clear all filters (N)N counts the active filters plus the search, when the search box has text; one click clears both. Click the button to empty every column filter and the search box in one go.
Remove selected rows (select rows first) / Remove N selected row(s)The remove button is disabled until rows are selected; with a selection it shows the count and turns red as a destructive action. Select rows first, then click to remove them; removing clears the selection.
Drag to reorderThe hint in the footer of the Columns panel; the column list is drag-sortable. Drag a column row in the list to change its order; the selection checkbox column is never listed and always stays first.
{visibleCount} of {totalCount} visibleThe Columns panel's counter, for example 8 of 12 visible; it reports how many of the table's columns show. Tick or untick columns to change the count; Reset to default restores the default set.
Table statisticsOn a narrow toolbar the Rows Read / Bytes Read / Time Elapsed line folds into this info icon; it carries a dot while a filter or a selection is active. Widen the toolbar to read the figures inline; the line disappears entirely when the table has no statistics to report.

Questions, answered

Why did my API key stop working?

The key was rotated or revoked, so the old secret no longer authenticates anything. Send the company's current key in the x-api-key header; after a rotation, update DataMind OS and every application that used the old secret. The key is managed on API keys.

Why was my request refused because of personal data?

Your company has Prohibit PII transmission on and the request matched a personal-data check, so it was not forwarded and used no tokens. Remove or mask the personal data and send the request again; an Administrator manages the option on the Company card in Settings. See PII blocking.

Why does an export ask me to wait?

Exports run one at a time for each person, and the download link lasts 60 seconds from when the export starts. Wait for the running export to finish, or run the export again and open the fresh link right away.

Why does the Dashboard say "No active subscription"?

Your company has no plan yet, so there are no allowances to show. An Administrator selects a plan on Pricing.

Why did my invitation link stop working?

The link was already used, expired or replaced by a newer invitation. Use the most recent invitation email, or ask for a resend; sending a new invitation replaces the older link.

Why can a cell not be edited?

It belongs to a system column that the table maintains itself, so it stays read-only; a lock icon marks it, and a locked row cannot be selected either.

Why did a builder ask for approval first?

Gated steps and model changes wait on an approval card, and nothing runs or changes until a person decides. Approve the card to let the step run as you, or reject it and tell the Mind what to change; a rejected change is never retried unchanged.
