This release introduces a new Warehouse Builder AI agent inside Minds, a Platform control-plane tab for admins, a RabbitMQ connector alongside Firestore and Firebase Realtime Database, user impersonation and SSO enforcement, and a broad round of chat, observability, and notification improvements.
AI Mind: Warehouse Builder (New)
- A new mind type: The Warehouse Builder mind can see every Lake and Warehouse table of the tenant, deployed or not, through discovery tools, and creates or changes objects only through governed warehouse tools, never raw DDL.
- Tagged objects & @ table picker: Tag tables and transformations directly into a message; the mind receives them as explicit context, and object references render as clickable chips in the conversation.
- Change acceptance modes: Choose how much autonomy the mind has before applying a change, set per conversation and remembered across chats.
Admin: Platform Control
- New Platform tab: Service health, container logs, and rolling platform updates in one screen, including the ability to update the deployment agent itself. See Service status.
- Live operations feed: A real-time job and event stream for platform actions.
Chat & Minds Experience
- /compact and /clear-context: Slash commands across Minds, Slides author, and the Custom Connector assistant, with a clear "context cleared" marker in the transcript.
- More upload types: PDF, Markdown, and text training-card uploads with cancel support, plus spreadsheet and delimited files attachable directly as chat datasets.
- Slash commands & @ picker: Work reliably anywhere in the composer, with a dedicated
/tag-object command for multi-selecting resources.
New Connectors
- RabbitMQ: Full connector - Lake source and writeback destination - with message discovery, schema inference, and a configurable batch size.
- Firestore & Firebase Realtime Database: New source connectors.
- Legacy MongoDB: Toggle for MongoDB 4.0 and older on the connection form.
Security & Access
- User impersonation: Admins can act as another user for support purposes, with the real actor tracked and audited throughout; private chats stay excluded and SQL execution is blocked while impersonating.
- SSO enforcement: A new organization-wide "SSO only" policy, replacing the old exempt-group mechanism with a built-in admin bypass.
- Password-locked status: Now surfaced in more places across profile and admin views.
Observability
- Expanded System Overview: Per-service uptime at a glance.
- Table DDL: A new view for table DDL logs.
- Smarter logs histogram: Drills down by calendar level (days → hours → minutes → seconds) with zoom-out, correct viewer timezone, and 7d/30d presets plus a custom date range.
Notifications
- Optional SMTP auth, a ready-made Postfix preset, and an editable "From" address.
Slides
- Deck templates carry the company logo, so the branding is in place when a deck is created.
DataMind Platform
- Usage alerts (New): DataMind emails your company's users when plan tokens or the spend cap reach 70% of the allowance, and again when they run out.
- Plan comparison (New): The pricing page compares every plan with your current one against this month's usage and shows what each would cost or save, in both directions. When a switch would save at least 5% of the plan price, DataMind also emails you in the second half of the month.
- Server-side request log: The request log filters, sorts, and pages on the server, with a filter menu per column built from your own values.
- Longer answers: A chat request can ask for up to 64 000 output tokens, and a request the upstream turns down over its output size is retried at a smaller size instead of failing.
- Plan-change notices (New): When your plan changes, the notice email names the new plan and links straight to your company's own pricing page, and billing notices reach every address on your company's billing list.
