2026.07
This release introduces single sign-on, semantic models for BI, a tenant-wide model allowlist, and encrypted connector support - alongside a clearer DataMind Installer and a broad round of Mind, training card, and observability improvements.
AI Mind
- Per-mind model choice: Every mind remembers the model you prefer for new conversations, and a conversation keeps one model from start to finish.
- Long answers: Steps are limited and de-duplicated within a single turn and query edits are applied one at a time, so long multi-step answers no longer repeat or conflict.
Training Cards
- PDF uploads: Attach PDFs to training cards and let DataMind read them into the mind's knowledge.
- History and sharing: Training cards keep a full change history with a built-in diff, and a card can be shared across minds.
Security & Access
- Single sign-on: Sign in through your identity provider, with accounts provisioned on first sign-in.
- 2FA administration: Administrators no longer need 2FA on their own account, resetting another user's 2FA is its own permission, and recovery codes download correctly after setup.
- Restricted query surface: Queries against restricted system tables are blocked, and column permissions now apply in audit rows.
Observability
- Storage: A new Storage view shows volume usage and which objects reference each volume.
- Live metrics: Dashboard and system views refresh metrics as they change instead of on reload.
- AI Log: A dedicated AI Log records AI gateway activity, and mind analytics now show likes and dislikes.
Lake & Connectors
- Datasource time zone: Set a time zone per datasource, with the matching city shown next to the offset.
- Encrypted connections: Oracle and ClickHouse connections support TLS, and MySQL and MariaDB connections work with MySQL 8 and 9 authentication.
- Excel and sync clarity: Import columns from a spreadsheet into a static table, see every sync type for each table, and run a table before it is deployed.
BI & Warehouse
- Semantic models: BI is now built on semantic models - one shared definition per table of its columns, types, and relationships that every chart and report reuses.
- Dependencies on views: Manage dependencies directly on a view and see the source system behind each dependency; virtual views no longer require a primary key.
- Execution insight: Every transformation execution shows its duration, and a table's popup opens straight from a workflow node.
DataMind Installer
- User management with roles: Administrators create, edit, and remove users, assign admin or standard roles, and reset passwords by email; usernames are removed. See Users.
- Admin-only, audited deployment actions: Updating, restarting, and migrating a deployment requires an administrator and every such action is recorded, with a service update indicator and an aggregated log stream showing what the deployment is doing. See Service status.
Appearance & User Management
- Themes, avatars, and branding: A redesigned theme configuration with favorited themes, editor, diagram, and chart colors that follow the active theme, user avatars, and an organization company logo - each behind its own permission.
DataMind Platform
- Company accounts (New): Sign in to DataMind Platform, recover a password by email, get locked out after repeated failed sign-ins, and let an administrator unlock the account. A session also signs out after inactivity, with a warning first.
- Your team and roles (New): Create and edit the users of your company, give each user a role, and change what a role is allowed to do; a permission change applies to the running session.
- Invitations (New): Invite a colleague by email with a role, resend an invitation, and admit only an invited address. A new company is created when its owner accepts.
- Plans and subscriptions (New): A priced plan catalogue, the plans your company is allowed to choose, and a switch between them; plans are listed cheapest first.
- Pay-as-you-go (New): Call any other listed model outside your plan and pay per token, next to the two models your plan covers.
- Invoices (New): A monthly invoice per company with its payment status and a PDF in Georgian and English, carrying your company's legal name, address, and director.
- API keys (New): Create, name, and revoke the keys your applications use, see a key's secret once when it is created, and see when a key was last used.
- Usage and limits (New): A usage page with the current billing window's token totals and the full request log, and per-company limits that refuse traffic once they are used up.
- Models (New): A page with every model your company can call, its description, its context window, its tools, thinking and structured-output support, and whether your plan covers it or you pay per token.
- EU routing (New): Run your company's traffic through the EU endpoint and list only the models served there; new companies start on it.
- PII policy (New): Switch on the PII policy for your company and a request carrying an email address, a card number, an IBAN, a Georgian mobile number, or a Georgian personal number is refused with a
content_filter error before it reaches a model, with the request body left out of the log.
- Tools and embeddings (New): Web search and web read run through the endpoint and are billed as tokens, and the embeddings endpoint is metered without a charge.
